Clinical Experience Of Professor Liang Xuefang In Diagnosis And Treatment Of Endometriosis Based On Data Mining

Objective:This study aims to excavate and analysis,statistics the dialectical characteristics and the law of medication of the treatment of EMs of Professor Liang Xuefang with Data mining(DM)technique analyzing the clinical cases of TCM.Then interviewing and discussing with Professor Liang to screened out the clinical experience fitting to reality.Finally,the clinical experience of Professor Liang’s can be summariz and be better inherited and developed.Methods:Input The 6307 medical records of EMs patients visiting Guangdong Provincial Hospital of TCM treated by Professor Liang Xuefang from January 2008 to December 2018 into TCM-IKS,then Using frequency analysis,association rules analysis,cluster analysis and other analysis methods to excavated and summarize the clinical experience of Professor Liang Xuefang in diagnosis and treatment of EMs.Results:The results showed that "blood stasis" was the main cause of EMs.Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome are the most common syndromes in clinical differentiation,followed by qi stagnation and blood stasis,spleen deficiency and dampness and blood stasis syndrome,and dampness and blood stasis syndrome.The principle of treatment is "invigorating Qi and activating blood circulation" and"invigorating kidney and activating blood circulation".The main efficacy categories of commonly used drugs in clinic are tonifying qi,invigorating kidney,promoting blood circulation,soothing liver,regulating qi and nourishing blood.The clinical medication is peaceful,with "peace" as the main medication,followed by "warming,slight cold".The medicinal taste is"sweet,bitter and bitter".In meridian tropism,it is mainly concentrated on the four main meridians of" liver,kidney,spleen and heart".Drugs include Atractylodes macrocephala,Poria cocos,mulberry parasitic,Salvia miltiorrhiza,peony bark,tulip,doclder,Paeonia lactiflora,trigonum,dangshen,etc.Seventeen commonly used medicinal pairs include mulberry parasitic-dodder,Dangshen-Baizhu,Danshen-Tulip-Recl Paeonia lactiflora,Triangular-Zedoary Turmeric,Fructus Aurantii-Leonurus,etc.Clinical prescriptions commonly used include Sijunzi Decoction,Shoutai Pill,Erzhi Pill,Guizhi Fuling Pill,Xiaoyaosan,Buzhong Yiqi Decoction,Dawenjing Decoction and so on.Five new prescriptions of Professor Liang’s treatment of EMs were excavated.Conclusion:1.The application of data mining technology in the study of TCM clinical cases has the advantages of comprehensiveness,clarity,strong operability,and more objective and scientific results.2.Professor Liang Xuefang diagnoses and treats EMs with blood stasis as the basie pathogenic mechanisin,Qi deficiency and blood stasis,kidney deficiency and blood stasis as the main syndromes.The main treatment is to invigorate Qi and blood circulation,kidney and blood circulation,and the main medicines are tonifying Qi,kidney,blood circulation and Liver-soothing drugs.Clinical treatment focuses on accurate differentiation of symptoms and signs and treats them accordingly.Peripheral regulation,flexible use of enema,acupuncture and other external uses.
