| Objective: The treatment of heart failure with the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine has attracted more and more clinical attention.The combination of qishen yiqi dropping pills and benazepril in the treatment of chronic heart failure is to observe the changes in heart function and the related negative effects,so as to provide a clinical basis for the treatment of chronic heart failure with the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine.Method: From June 2017 to September 2018,98 cases of chronic heart failure patients hospitalized in the department of cardiovascular medicine of the second affiliated hospital of the university of south China were selected,all of which met the diagnostic criteria of the European heart failure guide 2016 and the Framingham criteria.The subjects were randomly divided into the control group and the control group with 49 cases in each group.The mean age of the control group was 74.92 11.08 years old,and the mean age of the experimental group was 72.47 9.89 years old.All selected patients with chronic heart failure shall be strong heart,diuresis,such as conventional treatment,control group to bay that split hydrochloride(Beijing novartis pharmaceutical co.,LTD.,approved by H20000292,specifications: 5 mg/tablet),small doses of oral,2.5 5 mg,initial measurement,such as blood pressure tolerance increases 1 times a week,each 2.5 mg,but guarantee the dose of 20 mg/d or less,such as blood pressure fluctuations,lower blood pressure 90/60 MMHG,2.5 mg reducing;On the basis of the control group,the experimental group was treated with qisheng yiqi dropping pills and qishen yiqi dropping pills(produced by tianjin tianshili pharmaceutical co.,LTD.,and approved by the national drug standard Z20030139)for 0.5 g/ time,3 times /d orally.Patients in both groups continued to take the drug for 3 months.The data of left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular late systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular late diastolic diameter(LVEDD),total effective rate,nt-probnp and adverse reactions before and after treatment were analyzed.All data this paper carries on the statistical analysis by SPSS 18.0 statistical software,using GraphPad Prism 7.0 drawing graphics software,including measurement data are using said,if the data conforms to normal distribution and homogeneity of variance,t test and variance analysis is used generally,if the data is not in conformity with the normality try variable transformation or using nonparametric test.The sample rates and composition ratios were compared by chi-square test.P <0.05 was considered statistically significant.Result:1.Comparison of the total effective rate between the two groups after treatment: the total effective rate in the experimental group was 95.9%,significantly higher than that in the control group(77.6%),and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.Comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the experimental group and the control group: the incidence of adverse reactions in both the experimental group and the control group was 14.3%,P > 0.05.The difference was not statistically significant,indicating that qishen yiqi dropping pills did not increase the adverse reactions of patients in the clinical use.3.Comparison of cardiac ultrasound-related indicators LVEF,LVESD and LVEDD before and after treatment between the two groups: LVEF,LVEDD and LVESD before treatment were compared with the control group,p > 0.05.The difference was not statistically significant.After treatment,LVEF was 49.16 9.42% in the experimental group and 43 10.64% in the control group,p<0.05.The difference was statistically significant.After treatment,the LVESD of the experimental group was 40.49 4.78 mm,while that of the control group was 43.51 5.93 mm,p <0.05.The difference was statistically significant.LVEDD of the experimental group was 53.33 6.08 mm,while that of the control group was 56.31 6.42 mm,p<0.05.The difference was statistically significant.The results showed that qishen yiqi dropping pills combined with benazepril group had more significant effects on improving patients’ LVESD,LVEDD and LVEF than benazepril group.4.Comparison of nt-probnp before and after treatment between the two groups: before treatment,the experimental group nt-probnp and the control group,p > 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,after treatment,the experimental group nt-probnp 122.91 2983.30 pg/ml,the control group nt-probnp 272.88 1010.49 pg/ml,p <0.05.The difference was statistically significant.The results showed that qishen yiqi drop pills combined with benazepril group had more significant effect in reducing BNP level than benazepril group. |
