Objective: To investigate the effect of Qishenyiqi dropping pills on cardiac function and serum Gal-3 ?GDF-15 ?sST2 and NT-pro BNP in patients with heart failure induced by ischemic cardiomyopathy.Method: From October 2018 to October 2019,we were selected 90 patients with heart failure induced by ischemic cardiomyopathy from the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine of Tongliao Hospital as research objects.The patients were divided into two groups according to the method of random number table: control group and observation group with45 cases each.The control group was treated with conventional therapy and the observation group was treated with Qishenyiqi dropping pills(1.5 g,tid,po)on the basis of conventional therapy.Both groups underwent a 6-minute walk test on the day of admission to evaluate cardiac function.The blood routine,liver and kidney function and electrolyte were measured by fasting blood sampling in the morning of the next day.The expression level of Serum NT-pro BNP was detected by chemiluminescence.The expression level of Serum Gal-3,GDF-15 and sST2 were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA);the left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)were measured by doppler echocardiography.After four weeks of treatment,the patients in the two groups were evaluated again.All the data are entered into the excel and a database is established.The data were analyzed by using SPSS 26.0 statistical software.The measurement data were expressed as meanąstandard(?)by t-test,and chi-square test was applied to the comparison among the counting data groups.(P<0.05)was considerd statistically significant.Results: 1.There was no significant difference in sex,age,course of disease and degree of heart failure between the two groups(P>0.05);2.In the aspect of clinical effect,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05);3.In terms of cardiac function indexes,after treatment,the leftventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and 6-minute walking distance in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05)and the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The difference was significant(P <0.05);4.The level of Serum NT-pro BNP,sST2 and Gal-3 decreased significantly after four weeks of treatment(P<0.05);5.After treatment,the level of Serum NT-pro BNP,sST2 and Gal-3 in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the level of GDF-15 was not significantly different between the two groups.There was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion: 1.After four weeks of treatment,The indexes of cardiac function of the two groups were improved after conventional therapy,and the improvement of the observation group was more obvious than that of the control group,which suggested that Qishenyiqi dropping pills could correct heart failure better on the basis of conventional therapy;2.The levels of Serum Gal-3?sST2?GDF-15 and NT-pro BNP were decreased in patients with heart failure induced by ischemic cardiomyopathy after conventional therapy,which suggested that these factors might be involved in the pathogenesis of ventricular remodeling and lead to the development of heart failure in patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy.In addition,the level of serum Gal-3 ? sST2 and NT-pro BNP decreased significantly after treatment with Qishenyiqi dripping pills on the basis of conventional therapy,which showed that Qishenyiqi dripping pills could further delay ventricular remodeling by affecting the expression of Gal-3 ? sST2 and NT-pro BNP to improve the cardiac function of patients is worthy of clinical promotion;3.There was no significant difference in the level of serum GDF-15 between the two groups after treatment.Qishenyiqi dripping pills might not affect the level of serum GDF-15,thus further affected the development of heart failure.
