Objective:To investigate the current situation of the Perceived Social Support and the quality of life in hematological malignancies patients,and analyze the influencing factors and the relationship between the Perceived social support and the quality of life,so as to provide reference for clinical nursing work and provide reference for patients to implement holistic nursing and humanistic care.Methods:A total of 160 hematological malignancies patients were recruited randomly from a top three hospital in Wuhan who met inclusion criteria were recruited by convenient sampling method and investigated with Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS),Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy.SPSS20.0 statistical software was used to conduct statistical analysis,including descriptive analysis,t-test,analysis of variance,Pearson correlation analysis,multivariate stepwise regression.Results:1.A total of 160 study questionnaires were distributed and 160 were recovered,the recovery rate was 100%?There were 155 valid questionnaires,and the effective rate was 96.875%.2.The family endogenous support score of hematological malignancies patients was 23.75±3.678,the family exogenous support score was 43.96±7.732,and the total score of perceived social support was 67.71±10.731.3.The total score of quality of life with hematological malignancies patients was 60.13±18.164,The score of Physical Well-being domain was 15.58±7.957,Social/Family Well-being domain was 18.29±5.673,Emotional Well-being domain was 14.15±6.435 and Functional Well-being domain was 12.12±6.596.4.Univariate analysis indicated:(1)The quality of life Physical Well-being domain in hematological malignancies patients of the different gender?educational level?KPS score were differences(P<0.05).(2)The quality of life Emotional Well-being domain in hematological malignancies patients of the different educational level?current occupational status?KPS score were differences(P<0.05).(3)The quality of life Functional Well-being domain in hematological malignancies patients of the different frequency of chemotherapy?KPS score were differences(P<0.05).(4)KPS score was significant difference in the overall quality of life(P<0.05),no significance was found in other variables regarding quality of life(P>0.05).5.Pearson correlation analysis showed that family endogenous support was significantly positive correlation with the Social/Family Well-being domain(r=0.386,P<0.01),positive correlation with Functional Well-being domain(r=0.158,P<0.05),positive correlation with overall quality of life(r=0.190,P<0.05);family exogenous support was significantly positive correlation with the Social/Family Well-being domain(r=0.329,P<0.01),positive correlation with overall quality of life(r=0.164,P<0.05);perceived social support was significantly positive correlation with the Social/Family Wellbeing domain(r=0.369,P<0.01),positive correlation with overall quality of life(r=0.183,P<0.05).6.Multiple linear regression analysis shows that the main factors impacting Physical Well-being domain were gender?educational level?KPS score;the main factors impacting Social/Family Well-being domain were perceived social support and overall domain;the main factors impacting Emotional Well-being domain were current occupational status?educational level?KPS score and family endogenous support domain;the main factors impacting Functional Well-being domain were frequency of chemotherapy?KPS score;the main factors impacting quality of life were KPS score?perceived social support and overall domain.Conclusion:1.The score of perceived social support was higher in hematological malignancies patients.Improving the social support of patients can help to improve the quality of life of patients.2.The quality of life in hematological malignancies patients was at a low level.The quality of life needs to be improved urgently.In clinical nursing,clinical nurses should make targeted nursing plans according to patients 'specific conditions and clinical symptoms to improve the quality of life of patients.3.Perceived social support and overall domain of hematological malignancies patients were significantly positive correlation with the Social/Family Well-being domain and positive correlation with overall quality of life,family endogenous support was positive correlation with Functional Well-being domain.4.The main factors influencing the hematological malignancies patients' quality of life are gender?current occupational status?educational level?frequency of chemotherapy?KPS score.
