Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and prognostic significance of clinical related indexes, immunophenotype, chromosome aberrations in patients with multiple myeloma(MM).Methods Retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 128 diagnosed multiple myeloma patients in our hospital from December 2002 to April 2017.Furthermore,choosing 31 healthy persons as control group. Results Multivariate analysis demonstrated that age(HR=2.229,P=0.002;HR=1.945,P=0.002),corrected serum calcium(HR=2.122,P=0.002;HR=1.748,P=0.013),LDH(HR=3.199,P<0.001;HR=2.611,P=0.001),platelet count(HR=0.572,P=0.038;HR=0.524,P=0.016)are independent predictors for OS and PFS of MM.Serum creatinine(HR=2.448,P=0.003)is an independent predictor for OS of MM.The patients with CD56-correlate with shorter OS and PFS.The patients who detect the chromosome aberrations by fluorescence in situ hybridization(FISH)correlate with higher level ot serum creatinine,?2-microglobulin and plasma cell count, lower level of albumin, shorter OS and shorter PFS.P53 deletion group show higher level of LDH and serum calcium, shorter OS and PFS.The patients with IGH rearrangement are prone to lower level of albumin and hemoglobin, higher level of plasma cell count and shorter OS.Compared with control group, the proportion of CD4+T cells, absolute NK counts and CD4+/CD8+T cells ratio decreased, the proportion of CD8+T cells increased in MM group.Low CD4+/CD8+T cells ratio correlate with low hemoglobin and males.Compared with low NLR group, high NLR group is prone to higher serum p2-microglobulin,higher serum creatinine, shorter overall survival and ISS ? stage. All the above-mentioned results have statistically significant differences(p<0.05).Conclusion Corrected serum calcium, serum creatinine,age,?2-microglobulin,lactate dehydrogenase, platelet count, hemoglobin, albumin,ISS stage,D-S stage, chromosome karyotype,CD56 and NLR correlate with the prognosis of multiple myeloma patients.
