Objective: The study aims to discuss the clinical value of postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation intervention by evaluating the clinical effect of the intervention measures for postpartum pelvic floor function rehabilitation in women. Methods: The experimental group selected postpartum women who received postpartum pelvic floor function rehabilitation intervention measures in selected pelvic floor rehabilitation treatment center from January 2016 to June 2017;The control group was the parturients who visited the department of obstetrics and gynecology of the corresponding hospital and did not receive postpartum intervention measures(those who did not receive pelvic floor intervention treatment were all voluntarily or were not familiar with pelvic floor rehabilitation treatment)during the same time. The experimental group and the control group were enrolled in a 2:1 ratio, and the patients who completed 1-year followup were selected as subjects. At 42 days,6 months and 1 year after postpartum, pelvic floor electrophysiological indicators, pelvic organ prolapse quantitation(POP-Q)indicator points and subjective questionnaire scores(including Pelvic Floor Distress Inventory short form-20(PFDI-20),Female Sexual Function Index and Incontinence Quality of Life questionnaire(I-Qo L))were compared between the two groups. Results: There was no significant difference in the basic information of pregnant women with different delivery modes in each group and the same delivery mode in different groups(P >0.05).There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the baseline comparison of various indicators of postpartum 42 days between the experimental group and the control group(P >0.05).2.In the post-natal 6 months and 1 year's survey, the experimental group of cesarean section is better than that of control group on the improvement of their maternal type II muscle fibers, vaginal dynamic pressure increase degree(P < 0.05),As for subjective symptom scores,FSFI group to improve the situation is better than that of control group, difference has statistical significance(P < 0.05);3.The improvement of type I,II muscle fibers and vaginal dynamic pressure increase degree in the experimental group of vaginal delivery women is better than that of control group(P < 0.05),Aa,Ba of POP-Q rating indicator points experimental group is better than that of control group(P < 0.05),the improvement of PFDI – 20 and I-Qo L scores experimental conditions in the experimental group were better than control group(P < 0.05),Female Sexual Function Index scores in the experimental group improved more than control group, but had no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05).3.When compared the indicators with different intervention measures in different delivery modes, under the same postpartum systematic intervention treatment, the results showed that there was a significant difference over time between the two delivery modes under the same rehabilitation treatment(P < 0.01),while the difference between different delivery modes was not significant(P > 0.05).Conclusion:1.The incidence of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction diseases is high.In this study, about 66.4% of postpartum women have various degrees and types of pelvic floor dysfunction diseases, among which the incidence of urinary system symptoms is the highest.2.Pelvic floor functional system intervention measures can effectively improve the level of pelvic floor electrophysiology and subjective symptoms of postpartum women at 6 months and 1 year, significantly improve the quality of life, and treat and prevent the occurrence of pelvic floor functional disorders.3.In this study, there was no significant effect of different delivery modes on the efficacy of postpartum pelvic floor function intervention measures, which still needs to be confirmed by subsequent studies.
