Investigation And Analysis Of Restricted Technology Relate Development And Existing Problems In A Private Tertiary General Hospital From 2014 To 2017

Objective:Taking a private tertiary general hospital as an example,this paper selects the period 2014-2017 to analyze the development of restricted technologies and their relationship with some medical indicators before and after the national health and family planning commission and the provincial health and planning commissions cancel the approval of the original third and second types of medical technologies in 2015.Combined with the problems encountered in hospital management,this paper puts forward suggestions for the future development of the hospital and provides references for relevant departments to formulate policies.Methods:Through literature research and data statistics,some indexes of the hospital from 2014 to 2017 were counted,including departments,technical projects,the number of registered medical personnel,technical personnel,the number of hospital surgeries,the proportion of tertiary and quaternary surgeries,the number of outpatients,the number of discharged patients,the average length of hospital stay and the average cost of hospital stay,and their relationship was analyzed.There are some problems in the technical management of hospital and some suggestions are put forward.Results:After 2015,the number of departments,projects,personnel and technical personnel carrying out restricted technologies in the hospital increased significantly,and the overall development of the hospital was in good condition.The results showed that the number of restricted technical personnel in the hospital was related to the number of registered medical personnel,the number of hospital surgeries,the proportion of tertiary and quaternary surgeries,the number of outpatients,and the average cost of hospital stay,but there was no obvious correlation with the number of registered senior titles,the number of discharged patients and the average length of hospital stay.As the number of hospital surgeries,outpatients,discharged patients and average hospital stay increase,the expected frequency of the development of restricted technical services will increase.Conclusion:Since 2014,the development of restricted technologies in the hospital is good,but there are still many problems.The hospital should change its thinking,attach importance to technological development,base on the functional orientation of tertiary hospitals,actively carry out restricted technologies,increase funding for technologies,increase the number of registered personnel and technical personnel,increase the number of inpatient surgeries,increase the proportion of tertiary and quaternary surgeries,increase the number of outpatients and discharged patients,control the per capita cost of inpatient services,strengthen cooperation with hospitals outside,and continuously improve the level of medical management care.
