Objective:The surgical outcome was confirmed by comparing the changes of cardiac function indexes between patients with ascending aortic aneurysm and aortic regurgitation before and after operation. Methods : To study the clinical data of 45 patients with ascending aortic aneurysm complicated with aortic valve insufficiency who underwent surgical treatment in the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from July 2016 to July 2018.The patients' sex, age, preoperative complications, surgical methods, intraoperative conditions and postoperative complications were counted.Cardiac output(CO),stroke volume(SV),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD)were measured by echocardiography before,1 month after and 6 months after operation, respectively.Serum levels of central fatty acid binding protein(H-FABP),amino-terminal B-type natriuretic peptide precursor(NT-proBNP),galactose coagulation were measured before,1month after operation and 6 months after operation.Concentration of Galectin-3.The data were analyzed by single factor analysis of variance,t test and other statistical methods. Results : All 45 patients underwent successful operation, with an average cardiopulmonary bypass time(165.3±45.7)min,aortic occlusion time(98.3±26.4)min,perioperative mortality of 4.4%,and postoperative adverse events rate of 26.7%,97.7% patients recovered from grade I-II after 6 months of surgery. After surgical treatment, the patient's cardiac output(CO)[(3.0 ± 0.5)VS(5.5 ± 0.7)VS(6.0 ± 1.5)ml],stroke volume(pre-operative,1 month after surgery,6 months after surgery)SV)[(56.4 ± 8.7)VS(62.3 ± 3.7)VS(66.4 ± 5.7)ml] significantly increased, thedifference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)[(48.1 ± 6.4)VS(40.1 ± 5.2)VS(36.1 ± 3.4)mm],left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD)[(32.6 ± 4.9)VS(25.6 ± 4.5 VS 21.6±3.9)mm] was significantly reduced, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Patients treated with pre-operative,1 month, and 6-month postoperative treatment of viscid fatty acid binding protein(H-FABP)[(6700.1 ± 690.2)VS(3421.5 ± 501.2)VS(1512.1 ± 170.2)pg / ml],amino terminal Type B natriuretic peptide precursor(NT-proBNP)[(1605.5 ± 211.7)VS(863.2 ± 120.4)VS(300.5 ± 34.7)ng / ml],Galectin-3 [G6] 11.2)VS(46.2 ± 5.7)VS(33.0 ± 3.2)ng / ml] decreased significantly, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:Surgical treatment of ascending aortic aneurysm combined with aortic regurgitation has a good clinical effect, and can significantly improve the cardiac function of patients after surgery, which is a safe and effective method.
