AIM:Breast cancer is one of the most common cancers among women, and it is one of the leading causes of cancer deaths. In this study,we analyzed the lncRNA of breast cancer and adjacent tissues in TCGA database to study the effect of lncRNA on the occurrence and development of breast cancer.METHODS:We download the breast cancer lncRNA expression RNAseq data from the TCGA database, and we analyze the survival of differential expressions lncRNA.We used differential expressions of miRNAs and mRNAs in breast cancer ceRNA regulatory network. We performed GO annotated analysis,KEGG pathway analysis, and protein interaction analysis on the mRNA of the ceRNA regulatory network.RESULTS:We identified 713 differentially expressed lncRNA,including 546 lnciRNA up-regulated and 167 miRNA down-regulated,and lncRNA ADAMTS9-AS1 is significantly associated with breast cancer survival. There were 215 differentially expressed miRNA,including 150 miRNA up-regulated and 65 miRNA down-regulated.There were 6457 differentially expressed mRNA,including 4154 mRNA up-regulated,and 2303 mRNA down-regulated.The mRNA in the lncRNA ADAMTS9-AS1 regulatory network was significantly enriched in the five KEGG pathways:Transcriptional misregulation in cancer,MAPK signaling pathway,Pathways in cancer,FoxO signaling pathway,Melanoma,Melanogenesis.CONCLUSION:LncRNA ADAMTS9-AS1 is associated with survival in breast cancer patients and its expression is decreased.Mi-145,Mi-454,Mi-144,Mi-96,Mi-155,Mi-21,and Mi-301 b participate in the regulatory network of lncRNA ADAMTS9-AS1 in the development of breast cancer and play a role in a variety of signal transduction pathways.
