| ObjectiveIn this study,Sanren Decoction and Sijunzi Decoction were used to intervene in chronie fatigue syndrome patients with spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction syndrome.The cxperimental group of oral Chinese medicine was compared with the control group of oral compound vitamin B and oryzanol.The improvement offatigue symptoms in chronic fatigue syndrome patients wi th spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction syndrome was evaluated by using the conventional fatigue symptcjm integral scale,fatigue scale-14(FS-14)and fatigue assessment scale(FAI),and quantified grading scale of Traditional Chinese Medicine symptoms of chronic fatigue syndrome with spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction syndrome at nation and abroad.Through statistical data and objective analysis,the elinical efficacy of Sanren Decoction and Sijunzi Decoction on chronic fatigue syndrome patients wi th spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction syndrome was objectively evaluated,which provided an effective and feasible new ide)a and method for clinical treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome.MethodsA randomized controlled,singl e-blind experimental design method was used.This study included 72 patients from July 2018 to December 2018 from the Pre-treatment Center of Baoan Traditional Chinese Mc dicine Hospital(Group)in Shenzhen.All of them were diagnosed as chronic fatigue syndrome of spleen deficiency and dampness obstrution syndrome.72 pfpationts were randomlt divided into experimental group(36 cases)and control group(36 cases).The experimental group was treated with Sanren Decoction and Sijunzi Decoction,while the control group was treated with compound vitamin B tablets and oryzanol orally.All cases were treated with 1 week as a course of treatment,with a total of 2 courses of treatment.Before and fter treatment,the curative effect of chronic fatigue syndrome patients with spleen deficiency and dampnes.s obstruction syndrome was evaluated by chronic fatigue syndrome symptom integral scale,fatigue assessment scale,fatigue scale-14 and quantified grading scale of Traditional Chinese Medicine symptoms of chronic fatigue syndrome with spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction syndrome.ResultsIn this study,72 cases were included in the study.We followed a rigorous process and the results were as follows.69 cases completed all the treatments and 3 cases fell off,containing 2 cases in the control group and 1 case in the experimental group.Finally,35 patients in the experimental group and 34 patients in the control group were enrolled.1.Before treatment,there were no significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in gender,age,education level,work nature,body mass index,marital status,chronic fatigue syndrome symptom score,fatigue Scale-14(FS-14),body fatigue score,mental fatigue score,fatigue assessment scale score and total score of Traditional Chinese Medicine clinical symptoms of spleen deficiency and dampness resistance type(P>0.05).This shows that the data between the two groups are comparable.2.After 2 weeks of treatment,there were significant differences in chronic fatigue syndrome symptom score,fatigue scale-14 score,body fati.gue score,mental fatigue score,fatigue assessment scale score and total score of Traditional Chinese Medicine clinical symptoms of spleen deficiency and dampness resistance between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).The differenc.e between the two groups before and after treatment was significant(P<0.05).Therefore,the results showed that the treatment methods of the two groups were effective.3.After 2 weeks of treatment,there were significant differences in chronic fatigue syndrome symptom score,fatigue scale-14 score,body fatigue score,mental fatigue score,fatigue assessment scale score and total score of Traditional Chinese Medicine clinieal symptoms of spleen deficiency and dampness resistance between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups before and after treatment was significant(P<0.05).The results showed that the curative effect of the control group was worse than that of the experimental group.4.Overall efficacy evaluation:35 cases in the experimental group,3 cases recovered,16 cases markedly effective,13 cases effective,3 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 91.4%.34 cases in the control group,0 cases cured,8 cases markedly effective,17 cases effective,9 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 73.5%.There was a significant difference in the overall clinical efficacy between the two groups(P<0.05).The results showed that the overall efficacy of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group.ConelusionThe tutor could use Sanren Decoction and Sijunzi Decoction to add or subtract,and Western medicine of compound vitamin B tablets and oryzanol to effectively treat patients wi th chronic fatigue syndrome of spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction.However,under the principle of syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medieine,the,tutor' s prescription medieation was suitable for ompatibility,refinement and individual pertinence,flexible application of ancient prescriptions in clinical verification,so that the therapeutic effect of oral Chinese medicine group was significantly better than that of Western Medicine Group on the whole.This prescription greatly improved the clinical symptoms of chronic fatigue syndrome patients with spleen deficiency and dampness obstructi on syndrom,and improved their life satisfaction.Therefore,Sanren Decoction combined with Sijunzi Decoction is a definite and effective method of treatment for chronic fatigue syndrome patients of spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction syndrom,which can be widely used inclinic and provide a reliable treatment method for improving the symptoms of chronic fatigue syndrome patients of spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction syndrom. |
