Treatment Of Spleen And The Kindey Qi Deficiency By Jiaji Shenqi Pill Clinical Study Of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

Objective:The purpose of this study was to investigate the clinical of jiaji shenqi pill in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia of spleen and kindey deficiency syndromme,to verify the superiority of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment progrom for benign prostatic hyperplasia,and to provide more ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of benign prostaticc hyperplasia.Methods:Sixty patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,which were in compliance with the criteria,were randomly assigned to the following two groups:treatment group:oral administration of "addition and subtraction of Jisheng Shenqi Pills".Control group:oral tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained-release capsules(Halle).The treatment time was 4 weeks.The main symptom indicators were recorded before and after treatment.Finally,the results of the above indicators were statistically analyzed and statistical analysis was performed.Results:1.After treatment,the total effective rate of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that the treatment group was better than the control group.The Chinese medicine group was superior to the western medicine group in improving the symptoms and improving the quality of life,indicating accurate syndrome differentiation and treatment.And a reasonable group can achieve good therapeutic effects,and Chinese medicine has great potential for excavation.2.After treatment,the data were compared between the two groups:in the IPSS score,quality of life index(QOL),QOL,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that after 4 weeks of treatment,the Chinese medicine treatment group was effective in improving symptoms.However,there is little difference between the volume and maximum urine flow rate and residual urine improvement.3.After treatment,the data in the two groups were significantly statistically significant in the IPSS score,quality of life index(QOL),residual urine volume,maximum urinary flow rate,and QOL.The IPSS score,residual urine volume,and TCM syndrome scores of the control group also had statistical differences.However,the two groups had a statistical significance of P>0.05 in terms of prostate volume,suggesting that the two groups had poor effects on prostate volume indicators.This also confirmed that a receptor blocker relieved the dynamic obstruction of BHP significantly,but had no significant effect on reducing the volume of the prostate.Conclusion:The effect of adding and subtracting Jisheng Shenqi Pill is significant,can significantly improve the symptoms of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia,improve the quality of life of patients,and the curative effect is better than the general western medicine treatment,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
