Purpose:To explore the correlation between operative methods and donor sensation after operation, and to provide basis for the improvement of operative methods of anterolateral thigh perforator flaps.Methods:1.From January 1,2016 to September 30,2018,80 patients with anterolateral thigh perforator flaps were selected according to the results of medical examination and met the selection criteria.2.The subjects were divided into two groups according to whether there were donor sensory abnormalities after operation, and then the effects of different surgical methods were compared.3.SPSS 22.0 statistical software was used to analyze the operation mode and donor sensation(P < 0.05 showed significant difference).Results:1.There was no significant difference in operative time, size of muscle flaps, length of vascular pedicle, length of incision in donor site, suture or not between donor site and donor site.2.There were significant differences in the area of flaps, lateral femoral cutaneous nerve, the position of flaps, the preservation of fascia lata and the sensation of donor site after operation.3.The area and position of anterolateral femoral perforator flaps were significantly different from those of the lateral femoral cutaneous nerve.Conclusion:1.Anterolateral thigh perforator flaps with preservation of fascia lata reduce the probability of donor site sensation abnormalities.2.The closer the anterolateral femoral perforator flap is to the lateral area, the higher the probability of cutting off the lateral femoral cutaneous nerve during the operation, and the higher the incidence of sensory abnormalities in the donor area after the operation.3.The smaller the area of anterolateral thigh perforator flaps, the lower the probability of anterolateral thigh cutaneous nerve transection during operation, and the lower the incidence of donor site sensory abnormalities after operation.
