| Objectives:To analyze the clinical characteristics of atopic dermatitis(AD)and the related influencing factors of its severity. We discuss the correlation between the levels of serum claudin-1,claudin-5,IL-22 and IL-17A in patients with AD and its state as well as the clinical significance. Methods:Questionnaire was designed to study the patients with AD diagnosed in our department from June 2017 to June 2018 by using closed questionnaire. The levels of serum claudin-1,claudin-5,IL-22 and IL-17A in 35 patients with AD were evaluated by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and analyzed. Results:Univariate and multivariate logistic analysis were performed in patients with AD included in the study. The results showed that frequent bathing was a risk factor for the severity of AD.The level of serum claudin-1 in patients with atopic dermatitis was lower than that in healthy controls(P<0.05).The level of serum claudin-5 of AD group was higher than that of healthy control group, but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The levels of serum IL-22 and IL-17A in patients with AD were significantly higher than those in healthy controls(P<0.05).The level of serum claudin-1 was negatively correlated with IL-17A,r=-0.034(P<0.05).There was no significant correlation between the level of serum claudin-5 and IL-17A,neither did claudin-1 and IL-22,claudin-5 with IL-22(P>0.05).The level of serum IL-22 was positively correlated with SCORAD score(r=0.468)and had statistical significance(P<0.01).The level of serum IL-17A was positively correlated with SCORAD score, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Serum claudin-1 and claudin-5 had no significant correlation with SCORAD score(P>0.05).The level of serum IL-22 in severe group was higher than that in mild and moderate group, and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).There was no significant difference of the levels of claudin-1,cladudin-5 and IL-17A between severe group and mild and moderate group of AD(P>0.05).Conclusion:Frequent bathing may be a risk factor for the severity of AD.The levels of serum claudin-1 in AD group was lower than that in the healthy control group, while the levels of serum IL-22 and IL-17A increased significantly. The levels of serum claudon-1 have a negative correlation with the elevation of serum IL-17A.The levels of IL-22 and IL-17A were correlated with SCORAD scores. The levels of serum IL-22 in mild to moderate group was lower than that in severe group. |
