| Objective:1.To understand the needs of the spouses of puerperal women for maternal and infant care information and the characteristics of the population;2.To build a "Good Father" mobile nursing information platform oriented to the needs of maternal spouses,and to rely on this platform to continuously provide maternal and child care information for maternal spouses;3.To explore the influence of the application of mobile nursing information platform on the cognition level of maternal and infant care knowledge of puerperal women’s spouses,and to explore the information support channels suitable for the spouses of puerperal women in China.Methods:The study is divided into three parts:1.Survey on the needs of maternal and infant care information needs of maternal spouses(1)Qualitative study on maternal and infant care experience and information needs of maternal spousesUsing qualitative research methods,focus interviews were conducted on 15 maternal spouses to understand their real feelings,information needs,problems and experiences in seeking maternal and infant care information support during the puerperal.(2)Research on the needs and population characteristics of maternal spouses on maternal and infant care informationThe maternal spouses 2-4d after delivery in a third-class first-class hospital in suzhou were selected as the research objects.The self-made general information questionnaire and the maternal and child care information demand questionnaire of the maternal spouses were used to investigate the current situation of the demand,explore the difference of the maternal spouse’s demand for different kinds of information,and complete the screening of the maternal spouse’s information demand.On the basis of information screening results,potential category analysis(LCA)was applied to identify subgroups of population and the population characteristics,so as to provide a reference of accurate information in the study of follow-up support.2.Construction of "Good Father" mobile nursing information platformBased on the survey of the information needs of maternal spouse in the early stage,under the guidance of Wilson’s information behavior model,the theory of knowledge,trust and action,and the theory of peer support,and then a draft of the content framework of the information support platform for maternal spouse was made.After Delphi expert consultation on the content of the framework for the revision.Within the revised content framework,the specific information support items were sorted out,and software engineers are assisted in the software development and design.Four puerperal mothers’ spouses were invited to evaluate the usability of the "Good Father" platform,and the "Good Father"platform was modified according to the opinions of the puerperal mothers’ spouses,so as to form an intervention tool for the mobile nursing information support platform for puerperal mothers’ spouses.3.Effectiveness evaluation of "good father" mobile nursing information platformA prospective controlled study based on an information platform was conducted.To 110 cases of maternal spouse into intervention group and control group respectively,and the control group given conventional postnatal health propaganda and education,community nursing supervision,intervention group on the basis of conventional health education and community nursing supervision,given "good father" mobile nursing information platform of information support intervention,intervention time for postpartum 42 days,explore "good father" the application of mobile nursing information platform to maternal spouse’s maternal and child care knowledge cognition and the participation degree of the maternal and child care,support of husband and wife,and the influence of parenting outcome indicators such as feeling of competence.Results:1.Maternal and infant care information of maternal spouse is in great demand and needs to be supported by professional guidanceThe qualitative interview results show that it is difficult for the maternal spouse to obtain reliable,sufficient and practically instructive maternal and infant care information.They have a large demand for maternal and infant care information and often feel marginalized by professionals in the process of information acquisition,hoping to get professional and instructive network information support.Quantitative survey results show that the needs of maternal spouses for all kinds of maternal and infant care information range from 61.17%to 92.72%,and and the information demand is diverse.The LCA identified three potential categories/groups of maternal and infant care information needs of maternal spouses:low need groups,middle need groups and high need groups.The maternal spouses who age of 30 to 35,with highly educated and live in urban are more likely to be in the high need group.2.A convenient and professional "Good Father" mobile nursing information platform was built,which has good usabilityAfter 18 medical experts and two rounds of expert consultation,42 items in the knowledge base of five categories of "Good Father" mobile nursing information platform were established,and more than 50,000 words of manuscript information were finally sorted out,including 11 self-made video of maternal and child information,such as postpartum rehabilitation exercise,neonatal umbilical cord care and neonatal bath.After the trial of the"Good Father" platform,four maternal spouses made evaluations on the system usefulness,information quality,interface quality and overall evaluation,with the average scores of 3.98,4.21,4.75 and 4.34,respectively.Finally,a "Good Father" mobile nursing information platform was constructed,which was oriented by the needs of the maternal spouse and featured convenience,accessibility,professionalism and brevity.3.The "Good Father" mobile nursing information platform helped improving the effectiveness of family support during the puerperal periodBased on a "good father" mobile nursing information platform for puerperal women spouse intervention after 42 days,found that compared with the control group,intervention group maternal spouses of cognition to improve maternal and child care knowledge(t=4.814,P<0.001),self-reported participation to improve maternal and infant care(t=0.675,P<0.05),parenting feeling of competence to improve(t=4.087,P<0.001),lying-in women and their spouses couples support to improve(t=2.332,P<0.05,t=2.029,P<0.05);In terms of maternal and infant health status,the probability of poor milk secretion(t=5.224,P<0.05),cracked nipples(t=7.524,P<0.05)and eczema and diarrhea(t=9.687,P<0.05)in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group,while the breastfeeding rate in the intervention group was significantly better than that in the control group(t=6.633,P<0.05).Conclusion:Puerperal women spouse overall level is higher demand for maternal and child care information,serious lack of maternal spouse oriented information support,however,different characteristics of maternal spouse its information demand also has difference,cross-sectional survey to identify the puerperal women spouses of maternal and child care information three latent class groups with different levels of demand,according to the results of the medical personnel expert advice to maternal spouse demand as the guidance,build"good father" mobile nursing information platform,the platform has good availability,Its application has a positive influence and supporting effect on the cognition of maternal-infant care knowledge,the participation of maternal-infant care,the sense of competence of child-rearing,the support of husband and wife and the physical and mental health of some maternal-infant."Good dad" mobile nursing information platform has good clinical application value and is worth promoting. |
