Comparative Study On The Effects Of Xiaochengqi Decoction,Houpu Sanwu Decoction And Houpu Dahuang Decoction On Gastrointestinal Dynamics Of Rat Yangming Decoction Model

Objectives:In this experiment,the experimental model of Yangming sputum was established to observe the serum D-xylose content,intestinal propulsion rate and gastrointestinal hormone of Xiaochengqi Decoction,Houpu Sanwu Decoction and Houpu Dahuang Decoction on Yangming sputum model rats.The effects of SP substance,gastrointestinal hormone CRH and the number and structure of ICC cells in gastrointestinal tissues were explored.Methods:110 SPF-class Wistar rats were used in the literature-based method.Except for the blank group,aconite,dried ginger and cinnamon decoction were used as the model group and the treatment group,and the blank group was filled with the same amount of distilled water.After 12 days,the rats’ own fecal suspension was administered to the model group and the rats in each treatment group.The model group and the treatment group were intraperitoneally injected with E.coli endotoxin on the 15 th day of the experiment according to the 40 EU/100 g body mass,and the blank group was injected with the same amount of physiological saline.Collecting the amount of defecation in rats,observing the fecal matter,reducing the amount of defecation in the rats,and drying the feces,suggesting that the positive model of Yangming’s model was successful.An experimental model of rat Yangming sputum was established and randomly divided into blank group,model group and tripartite high,medium and low dose treatment groups,with 10 in each group.The treatment group was treated with injection of E.coli endotoxin.Houpu Sanwu Decoction,Xiaochengqi Decoction,Magnolia Dahuang Decoction high,medium and low dose groups were administered with 2g/ml,1g/ml,0.5g/ml of crude drug,once a day,continuous administration 2 Week,the model group and the blank group were filled with the same amount of normal saline.To observe the morphological changes of gastrointestinal tissues and the doses of different doses on the serum D-xylose content,intestinal propulsion rate,gastrointestinal hormone SP substance,gastrointestinal hormone CRH and the number of ICC cells in gastrointestinal tissues of rats with positive model of Yangming sputum.And the impact of the structure.And use SPSS 19.0 software for statistical analysis.Results:After 2 weeks of administration of Xiaochengqi Decoction,Houpu Sanwu Decoction and Houpu Dahuang Decoction,the general vital signs,after the end of Yangming’s empirical modeling,compared with the blank group,the model group obviously showed a decrease in defecation and stool.Constipation symptoms such as reduced water content,dull coat,rough hair and reduced mobility.After 2 weeks of continuous administration,compared with the model group,the treatment group showed an increase in the amount of defecation,increased water content in the stool,glossiness of the coat,and increased activity.The general vital signs were close to the normal group.Compared with the blank group,the concentration of serum D-xylose was lower in the model group;the concentration in the treatment group was significantly higher after treatment,and the effect of Magnolia Sanwu Decoction was the best,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).).The small intestine propulsion function model group was the lowest,and the treatment group was significantly higher than the blank group.Among them,the Magnolia Sanwu Decoction group had the strongest propulsive function(P<0.05).The changes of SP substance in gastrointestinal hormones were significantly lower than those in the blank group.The treatment group was generally higher than the model group.The concentration of the Magnolia Sanwu Decoction group was similar to that of the blank group,indicating that the Houpu Sanwu Decoction group improved the stomach.The intestinal hormone level was the best(P<0.05).The change of CRH content in gastrointestinal hormones was significantly lower than that in the blank group.The treatment group was generally higher than the model group,and the concentration of Magnolia Sanwu Decoction group and the blank group was similar,indicating that the Magnolia Sanwu Decoction group improved.Gastrointestinal hormone levels were the best(P<0.05).The number and structure of ICC cells in Houpu Dahuang Decoction group and Xiaochengqi Decoction group were significantly reduced and destroyed.The Magnolia Sanwu Decoction group was similar to the blank group,and the number and structure of the cells were not significantly reduced and destroyed.Conclusion:Xiaochengqi Decoction,Houpu Sanwu Decoction and Houpu Dahuang Decoction all have the effect of promoting gastrointestinal motility in rats with positive Yangming model.Among them,Magnolia Sanwu Decoction has the best effect.
