Effect Of Houpu Sanwu Decoction On Digestive Juice Secretion:an Experimental Study

Objective:To observe the effects of Hou pu San wu Decoction on the Digestive Juice Secretion,and to investigate the regulation of Hou pu San wu Decoction on the levals of GAS,CCK,SEC in the blood;To research the function of Hou pu San wu Decoction on the gastric mucosa GAS.Methods:（1）Fourty SD rats with 7 weeks were randomly divided into normal group,low,medium and high dose Hou pu San wu Decoction,The gastric juice and pancreatic exocrine secretion were collected.（2）Study the volum of gastric juice and pancreatic exocrine secretion with pipette;the total and free acidity of gastric juice were detected by acid-base neatrodyne titration;By Mett capillary fhod test the activity of pepsase;Mesure the total bileacid,total bilirubin、total cholesterol,amylopsin,total protein,K^÷and Ca^2÷leval by biochemical analyzer.By enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay measure the levals of serum GAS,SEC,CCK and by immunohistochemistry study the gastric mucosa GAS.Results:（1）Compared with control group,low dose Hou pu San wu Decoction can slightly increase the free and total acidity of gastric juice,significant increase the volum、activity of pepsase（p<0.05;p<0.05）;medium dose Hou pu San wu Decoction can significant increase the volum、free and total acidity of gastric juice,and the activity of pepase.（p<0.05,p<0.01,p<0.05,p<0.01）;high dose Hou pu San wu Decoction can slightly increase the volum、free and total acidity of gastric juice,and the activity of pepsase,but these items are no difference between the two groups.（2）Compared with control group,low dose Hou pu San wu Decoction can slightly increase the total bilirubin and total bileacid of pancreatic exocrine secretion,significant increase the total cholesterol（p<0.05）,slightly decrease the volum of pancreatic exocrine secretion;medium dose Hou pu San wu Decoction can significant increase the volum,total bilirubin and total cholesterol of pancreatic exocrine secretion（p<0.05,p<0.05,p<0.01）,slightly increase the total bileacid of pancreatic exocrine secretion;high dose Hou pu San wu Decoction can slightly increase the volum,total bilirubin,total bileacid and the total cholesterol of pancreatic exocrine secretion,but these items are no difference between the two groups.（3）Compared with control group,low dose Hou pu San wu Decoction can slightly increase the K^÷andCa^2÷levels of pancreatic exocrine secretion,significant increase the level of amylase（p<0.05）,slightly decrease the total protein of pancreatic exocrine secretion;medium dose Hou pu San wu Decoction can significant increase the levels of amylase,K^÷and Ca^2÷of pancreatic exocrine secretion（p<0.01;p<0.05;p<0.05）,slightly increase the level of total protein;high dose Hou pu San wu Decoction can slightly increase the K^÷and Ca^2÷levels of pancreatic exocrine secretion,decrease the levels of amylase and total protein of pancreatic exocrine secretion,but these items are no difference between the two groups.（4）Compared with control group,low dose Hou pu San wu Decoction can slightly increase the levels of serum GAS and SEC,significant increase the level of CCK（p<0.05）;medium dose Hou pu San wu Decoction can significant increase the levels of serum GAS,CCK and SEC（p<0.01;p<0.01;p<0.01）;high dose Hou pu San wu Decoction can slightly increase the levels of serum GAS,CCK and SEC,but these items are no difference between the two groups.（5）Compared with control group,low and medium dose Hou pu San wu Decoction can increase the expression of gastric mucosa GAS immunoreactive product;high dose Hou pu San wu Decoction can decrease the expression.Conclusions:（1）Low and medium dose Hou pu San wu Decoction can increase the volum,free and total acidity and the activity of pepsase of gastric juice,When the dose is high,it begins to show inhibition.（2）Low and medium dose Hou pu San wu Decoction can increase the levels of amylas,K^÷andCa^2÷;When the dose is high,it begins to show inhibition..（3）Low and medium dose Hou pu San wu Decoction can increase the volum of pancreatic exocrine secretion,increase the levels of total bilirubin and total cholestero;When the dose is high,it begins to show inhibition.（4）Low and medium dose Hou pu San wu Decoction can increase the levels of serum GAS,CCK and SEC;When the dose is high,it begins to show inhibition.（5）Low and medium dose Hou pu San wu Decoction can increase the expression of gastric mucosa GAS immunoreactive product.
