Objective:(1)the study introduced The Con Com Safety Management Scale by five Ph.D.Carien W etal.,School of Health Policy and Management,University of Erasms,Rotterdam,Netherlands. The scale was revised in strict accordance with the cross-cultural adjustment criteria and procedures, and the Chinese version of The Con Com Safety Management Scale was finally formed in accordance with the cultural background and nursing characteristics of our country.(2)The Chinese version of safety management scale based on control and commitment was used to investigate the nurses of four Grade 3A general hospitals in Shanxi Province.A preliminary understanding of the nurse managers' safety management level and management methods from the point of view of practice. Methods:First, the authorizations and concurrence of source scale author Carien W are obtained, and the source scale is revised strictly according to the cross-cultural adaptation procedure, and the Chinese version of The Con Com Safety Management Scale is established.A total of400 nurses in Shanxi Province, were investigated by using the Chinese version of The Con Com Safety Management Scale, and the collected data were analyzed by SPSS18.0statistical analysis software, and the data collected were analyzed to test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of The Con Com Safety Management Scale, and the safety management level of nurse managers and the current practice of management methods from the perspective of other evaluation.Results:(1)After scientific and rigorous cross-cultural adjustment, the Chinese version of The Con Com Safety Management Scale has 31 items, belonging to 5 dimensions.(2)Reliability and validity test: the value of Cronbach's ? of the Chinese version of The Con Com Safety Management Scale was 0.976,and the value of Cronbach's ? of each dimension was between 0.904 and 0.963;The split-half reliability of the total scale was0.887,and the split-half reliability of each dimension was between 0.897 and 0.949.The retest reliability of the scale was 0.963 after two weeks, and the retest reliability of each dimension was between 0.871 and 0.935,indicating that the reliability of the scale was good. The average S-CVI of the scale was 0.851,and the I-CVI of each item was between0.80 and 1.00.Five common factors with eigenvalues greater than 1 were extracted by exploratory factor analysis, and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 73.752%.The load values of all items of the five factors were more than 0.45,which indicated that the structural validity of the scale was good.(3)The results of formal investigation showed that the total quantity of safety management based on control and commitment of head nurses of four Grade 3A general hospitals in ×× Province,was(139.3241 ±21.55),which was in the middle level. The average score of control-based management method is(4.56±0.70)and that of commitment-based management method is(4.46 ±0.71).The level of control-based management is higher than that of commitment-based management.Conclusion:(1)The main results are as follows the Chinese version of The Con Com Safety Management Scale has good reliability and validity, and the logical content is easy to understand and the test is simple, which provides a scientific basis for evaluating the safety management level of nurse managers in China.(2)It is the weak link of the nurse managers' safety management to observe the safety rules and rules of nurses, which needs to be paid attention to by the hospital administrators.Secondly, the level of control-based management is higher than that of commitment-based management.Hospital managers should strengthen the training of promised management of head nurses, optimize the training courses, and promote the scientific, standardized and fine development of nursing safety management.
