Objective:To determination the serum levels of interleukin 17(IL-1 7)of patients who with coronary artery stenosis,investigate the correlations of interleukin 17 with the degree of coronary artery stenosis,cardiac function and ventricular remodeling in these patients.Methods:From September 2017 to March 2018,a total of 64 patients undergoing coronary angiography were selected in the cardiovascular division in Second Hospital of Shanxi Medical University,degree of vascular stenosis less than 50%named coronary arteriosclerosis(CA)(n=20),and then vascular stenosis degree of 50%or higher divided into unstable angina pectoris(UAP)(n=18),ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI)(n=18)and non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(NSTEMI)(n=8)base on clinical symptoms and performance.Twenty-six healthy controls(HC)were selected as the control group.The blood was collected within 24 hours after patients admitted to hospital and analyzed by ELISA.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlations of serum levels of IL-17 with coronary artery lesion severity,cardiac function and ventricular remodeling in patients with coronary artery stenosis.Results:(1)No statistical significance was noted in age,gender,BMI,history of smoking,hypertension,diabetes and history of cardiovascular disease in the general data comparison of each group(P>0.05);no statistical significance was noted in ALT,AST,BUN,Cr,TC,TG or LDL-C in the clinical data comparison of each group(P>0.05).(2)The serum of IL-17 level in coronary artery stenosis were significantly higher than that of healthy controls,there are statistical significance(P<0.05).(3)The team among subgroups of serum level of IL-17,differences were statistically significant(F=68.92,P<0.05);Further comparison,the serum IL-17 between coronary arteriosclerosis and UAP,UAP and STEMI,UAP and NSTEMI were statistically significant(P<0.05),but the serum level of IL-17 between coronary arteriosclerosis and STEMI,coronary arteriosclerosis and NSTEMI,STEMI and NSTEMI had no statistical difference(P>0.05);(4)The LVEF between healthy controls and the team,there was no statistically significant difference(t=1.21,P>1.21);(5)The team among subgroups of LVEF were statistically significant(F=3.69,P<0.05),Further comparison,the LVEF between coronary arteriosclerosis and STEMI was statistically significant(P<0.05),but coronary arteriosclerosis and UAP,coronary arteriosclerosis and NSTEMI,the UAP and STEMI,the UAP and NSTEMI,STEMI and NSTEMI had no statistical significance(P>0.05);(6)The LVEDD between healthy controls and the team,was statistically significant difference(t=8.21,P<0.001);(7)The LVEDD among subgroups was statistically significant(F=5.36,P<0.01);further comparison,LVEDD between coronary arteriosclerosis and STEMI,coronary arteriosclerosis and UAP was statistically significant(P<0.05),but coronary arteriosclerosis and NSTEMI,UAP and STEMI,UAP and NSTEMI,STEMI and NSTEMI had no statistical significance(P>0.05);(8)The Gensini score among subgroups was statistically significant(F=7.32,P<0.001);further comparison,Gensini score between coronary arteriosclerosis and STEMI,coronary arteriosclerosis and UAP,coronary arteriosclerosis and NSTEMI was statistically significant(P<0.05),but between UAP and STEMI,UAP and NSTEMI,STEMI and NSTEMI had no statistical significance(P>0.05);(9)The level of IL-1 7,the patients with different coronary artery lesions:single lesion group(309.96±40.82 pg/m L),Double branch lesions groups(306.26±42.57 pg/mL),Multivessel lesions groups(310.40±46.17 pg/m L),had no statistical significance(P>0.05).(10)There were no significant correlation between LVEF,LVEDD or Gensini score with the serum level of IL-17 in plaque form groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The serum level of IL-17 plays an important role in the formation of coronary atherosclerotic plaque and can provide the diagnosis of coronary artery stenosis with new ideas,even in terms of treatment.There is still unable to predict the degree of coronary artery stenosis,and the serun level of IL-17 in patients with coronary artery stenosis with mild heart failure(NYNA class Ⅰ~Ⅱ)or without heart failure has not found obvious correlation with left cardiac function and left ventricular remodeling.The content of IL-17 was the highest in the ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction group,and the corresponding left ventricular ejection fraction decreased,while the left ventricular end diastolic diameter increased.That is to say,the higher the IL-1 7 level,the more severe the arteriosclerosis.
