Objective:To explore the quality of life,mental health status and the influencing factors of patients with hematologic malignancies,and provide scientific basis for improving patients' psychological status and quality of life.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted on 195 patients with hematologic malignancies who were admitted to our department from March 2018 to December2018.A total of 183 valid questionnaires were collected.The health status questionnaire?the Self-Assessment Form for Depression(SDS)and the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)were adopted separately to score,At the same time,general information of all patients were collected,such as age,gender,disease type,cultural level,economic income,etc.On the basis of scores,the quality of life and mental health status of the inpatients and the influencing factors of the two were analyzed.Results:195 standard cases were included,and 183 valid questionnaires were retrieved.The recovery rate was 93.8%.The eight dimensions of the SF-36 quality of life score for patients with hematologic malignancies include: physiology,physical function,physical pain,general health,energy,social function,emotional function and mental health score are lower than the domestic norm,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Zung anxiety scale and depression scale scores of patients with hematologic malignancies are higher than the domestic norm,and female patients are more obvious than male patients,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Analysis of the relationship between patients' quality of life and anxiety and depression,there is a negative correlation between the two,that is,the worse the quality of life,the more obvious anxiety and depression.Further analysis,Patients with complications,short illness,low level of education,young patients,multiple myeloma,and poor economic income had significantly lower quality of life scores,and anxiety or depression scores were significantly higher.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The quality of life for patients with hematologic malignancies is worse than domestic norm person.2.Patients with hematologic malignancies have varying degrees of anxiety and depression3.The quality of life for patients with hematologic malignancies is negatively correlated with their psychological status.4.Some factors,such as time of illness,the presence or absence of physical symptoms and gender have a greater impact on patients' quality of life and mental state.5.There are many other factors,including age,cultural level,disease type,economic level are related to their quality of life and mental state.
