Objective:1)To determine whether there is an interactive effect between CAD and T2 DM on apo C? and RLP-C.2)To investigate the correlation analysis among apo C?,RLP-C,gensini score.3)To determine whether RLP-C has an mediating effect between apo C? and gensini scores.4)To investigate the effect of apo C? on the incidence risk of CAD+T2DM group,CAD group and T2 DM group.Methods:1)From January 2017 to May 2018,816 hospitalized patients in the departme nt of cardiologist of our hospital were included,which were divided into four gro ups: T2DM+CAD group(n=192),CAD group(n=198),T2 DM group(n=200),contr ol group without coronary artery disease and type2 diabetes mellitus(n=226).2)Fac torial analysis of variance was used to study the interactive effect on apolipoprot ein CIII(apo C?),remnant lipoprotein cholesterol(RLP-C)between CAD and T2 DM.3)The correlation among apo C?,RLP-C,gensini score was also analyzed 4)boot straptest was used to analyze the mediating effect of RLP-C between apo C? and gensini scores.5)The impact of apo C? on the incidence risk of T2DM+CAD gro up was analyzed by multiple logistic regression.Results:1)Serum levels of apo C? and RLP-C were significantly higher in CAD group,T2 DM group and CAD+T2DM group than that in control group,(all P < 0.05).2)Fractional analysis of variance showed that CAD and T2 DM had an interaction in the elevation of serum apo C?,RLP-C((F=7.460P=0.006;F=4.641,P=0.032).3)Serum levels of apo C? and RLP-C were positively correlated with gensini score in CAD group(P<0.05),and this correlation were stronger in CAD comlpicated with T2DM(P<0.05).4)RLP-C exerted a partial mediating effect between apo C? and gensini scores in CAD+T2DM group [0.118(z=5.1778,P < 0.001)] and CAD group [0.0663(z=3.3187,P <0.001).5)Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that apo C ? was an independent risk factor for CAD+T2DM group[OR=1.890,95%CI(1.424,2.508),P<0.05]after adjusting for other non-apo C? risk factors.Conclusion:1)Serum levels of apo C? and RLP-C were significantly higher in CAD group,T2 DM group and CAD+T2DM group.2)CAD and T2 DM have an interactive effect on apo C? ?RLP-C elevation.3)There is a positive relationship among apo C?,RLP-C and gensini score.4)RLP-C played a partial mediating role between apo C ? and gensini score.5)apo C? was an independent risk factor in CAD complicated with T2 DM.
