Clinical Correlation Study Of Cerebral Cardiovascular Stenosis And Discussion Of "Brain-heart Therapy"

Objective:With the advancement of science and technology,the aging of the population and the continuous improvement of the people’s material living standards,the occurrence and development of cardiovascular and cardiovascular diseases have become increasingly fierce,and they have become the chief culprits that threaten people’s quality of life and life.Therefore,the screening and prevention of cardiovascular and cardiovascular diseases has become one of the key tasks of medical and health care.The common pathological basis of cerebrovascular disease and cardiovascular disease is atherosclerosis,and there is increasing evidence that inflammation plays an important role in the development,progression and prognosis of atherosclerosis,and inflammation constitutes a disease.One of the main lines of occurrence and development,that is,"the brain is homologous,the brain is the same disease." In the treatment of cerebrovascular disease,cardiovascular disease should be considered;in the treatment of cardiovascular disease,it also prevents and treats cerebrovascular disease,that is,"the brain and heart are treated together." The formulation and practice of the theory of "Heart and Heart Together" has important guiding significance for future clinical work.In this paper,we retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 60 patients with brain-cardiac angiography,and analyzed the correlation of cerebral vascular stenosis,and further explored the "brain heart and heart disease".Methods:According to the exclusion criteria,the subjects were selected from the relevant patients with cerebrovascular diseases and suspected patients.Coronary artery(CAG)andwhole cerebral vessels(DSA)were combined for angiography,observation and analysis.The cerebral cardiovascular stenosis,the number and degree,statistical data,grouped accordingly,and adopted a reasonable statistical method to reach the final conclusion.Results:(1)The occurrence of cerebral cardiovascular stenosis is correlated,and the number of cardiovascular stenosis is directly proportional to the incidence of cerebral vascular stenosis.(2)As the number of cardiovascular stenosis increased,the number of cerebral vascular stenosis also increased,however,no significant difference was found in the location of cerebrovascular stenosis in patients with single,double or triple coronary artery stenosis.Conclusion:The occurrence of cerebral cardiovascular stenosis is related.The two often appear in the same patient,but the general cerebral vascular stenosis occurs later.The concept of "brain-heart treatment" is a brand-new idea put forward under the new background.It refers to the patients who are considering both cerebrovascular disease and cardiovascular disease,when they are examined by angiography,they go through a pathway and operate at one time.At the same time to complete the angiography of cerebrovascular and cardiovascular examination,and even at the same time to carry out the necessary treatment.On the one hand,the treatment mode of "brain-heart therapy" improves the efficiency of treatment and strengthens the cooperative relationship among departments.On the other hand,it also reduces the pain and cost of the treatment process.Brain-cardiac angiography in related patients can help early diagnosis of cardiovascular disease,and at the same time promote and develop the treatment mode of "Heart and Heart Treatment".
