Objective:To explore the family environment differences and the interaction of social function and family environment between the only-child and the non-only-child depressive disorder patients. Methods:A total of 110 hospitalized patients with depressive episode who met the diagnostic criteria for DSM-IV depressive episode were selected, patients were divided into the only child depressive disorder group and the non-only child depressive disorder group.General demographic data of the patients were collected, and the Hamilton depression scale(hamd-17),SDSS,FBS and CTQ were used for evaluation and analysis.SPSS22.0statistical software was used for statistical analysis by t test,chi-square test, rank sum test and Pearson correlation analysis. Finally, stepwise regression of multiple factors was used to analyze the relevant factors that may affect social function.Results:1.Social functional defects are correlated with the total score of HAMD,family medical history, parents' educational level, family structure, family monthly income, whether the family is the only child or not,and whether there are children.2.Family burden of disease is correlated with social functional defects, and child abuse is correlated with sub-factors in SDSS,but not significantly correlated with total score.3.On average, the education level and monthly family income of the only-child group are higher than that of the non-only-child group, that is,the condition of the only-child family is better, and the education level of the parents is higher.4.There was no significant difference in family burden of disease between the two groups. In terms of the comparison of differences in social function defects, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant, and the social function of patients with non-only-child depressive disorder was seriously impaired. The scores of total child abuse, emotional abuse, emotional neglect and physical neglect in the non-only-child group were all higher than those in the only-child group, and the differences were significant.5.Family medical history and father's education level were independent factors affecting social function of depressed patients. Conclusion:The social dysfunction of patients with depressive disorder is the result of multiple factors, and the only-child and the non-only-child are one of the influencing factors, while the only child and the non-only child depressed patients have certain differences in family environment.Family history and father's education level are independent factors that affect the social function of depressed patients.
