Purposes:1.Before and after family therapy,according《Parent-child relationship Test(PCRT)》to investigate the parent-child relationship of adolescents with depressive disorder;2.Consequently,to explore the effects on improving the condition of ill parent-child relationship of adolescents with depressive disorder by means of family therapy. Methods:Evaluation methods:This study mostly adopts《Parent-child relationship Test(PCRT)》in investigating the twice evaluations of the two groups before and after family therapy, which are divided into the first 23 cases only using antidepressant treatment(referred to as the control group),and the another 23 cases combining with family therapy(referred to as the experimental group)。SPSS13.0 software were used for analysis:Genders between two groups were compared with x~2 analysis;ages,pre-test and post-test scores of various types of parent-child relationship were compared with t-test.Treatment methods:Psychotherapist had a talk about 80 minutes with the patient and his/her family members in a special treatment room.Family therapy emphasizes the holism consciousness, and family interpersonal interaction is considered as a relevant factor to psychopathology. In order to alleviate and eliminate the symptoms, cognitive model, emotional model and intervention which focus on the impact of exchange behavior among family members were used.Psychotherapists and patients should keep equal relation during the treatment,"there are no patients, and we are all consultants".Firstly,four-part model family assessment was used to evaluate the patient's family system. Then, according to different situations and topics, cycle of questions, question the assumption that,at the end of comments,lay-out homework and other intervention technology were applied.System is the view point of family therapy, using indirect way(enlighten thinking by questions) rather than direct pursuit of the cognitive understanding to raise changes in interactive mode.In the end of treatment, psychotherapist arranged homework elaborately and asked family members to complete together.Interval of treatment is several weeks in order to obtain family changes by itself.Results:1.Young patients with depression have a high percentile level of PCRT in general.Pre-test shows that percentile declined to a negative-type levels in the general level of experimental group and control group in general(experimental group has 50 percentile level, and that of control group is 55),the remaining types of parent-child relationship scores are higher than the general level, especially, strict type, look forward to type, dry type, anxiety type, and blindly doting are the most serious types.2.Comparing PCRT pre-test scores of experimental group and control group:the items scores of pre-test state of the parent-child relationship for young patients with depression of experimental group and control group don't have significant difference(P>0.05),thus,these two samples are comparable.3.Comparing PCRT post-test scores of experimental group and control group:experimental group scores is lower than control group in general, the scores of refuse to type in the positive, anxiety type and blindly type reach the level of significant difference(P<0.05),but the scores of refused to type in a negative, strictly type, look forward to type, interference type, doting type, contradictions and inconsistencies in the type don' t reach the level of significant difference and don't have obvious improvement.4.Comparing PCRT pre-test and post-test scores of experimental group:after family therapy intervention, various types of parent-child relationship percentile level of experimental group improved in varying degrees than before, eight types of parent-child relationship reach the level of significant difference except negative type and inconsistent type.Among them, the active refusal to type, the strict type, anxiety type, doting type, blindly type achieve the level of very significant difference(P<0.01).5.Comparing PCRT pre-test and post-test scores of control group:the post-test parent-child relationship percentile level of all types of control group close to the level of pre-test,scores don't reach the level of significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.Generally speaking, one or multi bad parent-child relationship exist in the most families of patients with adolescent depression, for example, parents control child too harsh and demanding,over-indulgent,over-protection,over-interference,expectations too high and so on;parents' educational attitude is contradictory and inconsistent;even some parents do not trust and pay attention to their children.2.Family therapy is useful in improving the bad parent-child relationship for adolescent patients with depression. Before family therapy intervention, the parent-child relationship of experimental group and control group don't have significant difference. After family therapy, PCRT post-test scores of experimental group are lower than that of control group and itself pre-test scores. The results indicate that the state of patients' parent-child relations improve significantly after family therapy intervention, whether vertical or horizontal comparison.
