Case Work Intervention In Interpersonal Communication Of Parents Of Autistic Children

Autism is a widespread mental disorder,most of which arise in infancy or early childhood,it has special symptoms,unknown causes and can not be cured.Therefore,the rehabilitation process of the autistic group mainly depends on the family.The growing number of autistic children in recent years has attracted public attention to this group.At the same time,as the direct caregiver of autistic children-parents of autistic children,has gradually entered the vision of many researchers.The existing literature shows that the biggest dilemma faced by parents of autistic children is the lack of social support.Besides the imperfect welfare policies,there are also problems in the interpersonal skills of parents of autistic children to obtain social support.This study uses qualitative research methods.Workers use case social work to study the interpersonal communication problems of parents of autistic children,and understand the specific situation and reasons of their interpersonal communication difficulties.In the process of intervention,the workers help the clients gradually overcome interpersonal communication problems,enhance the ability of the clients,improve the social support network of the clients,and promote the healthy integration of the clients and the environment through many interviews and professional skills.Through the analysis of the whole research process,it can be found that the key factor affecting the interpersonal communication of parents of autistic children is the autistic rehabilitation training institutions.However,at present,the development of the autistic rehabilitation training institutions in China has encountered obstacles,and the government needs to allocate resources.
