| Objective:To observe the treatment of condyloma acuminatum with fluorouracil injection combined with interferon local injection,and compare with photodynamic and CO2 laser treatment of condyloma acuminatum,and to compare the clinical efficacy,adverse reaction and economic indicators of different methods for the treatment of condyloma acuminatum,so as to provide a basis for the discussion of the treatment of condyloma acuminatum with accurate efficacy,low recurrence rate and good economy.Methods:Select the first diagnosis of condyloma acuminatum of the dermatological outpatient patients,and meet the conditions of condyloma acuminatum patients(including age 17 to 50;Skin lesions were all located in external genitalia or perianal;The course of illness shall not exceed 3 months;The diameter of a single skin lesion is less than 0.5cm,the number of skin lesions is less than 10,and the area of skin lesions is less than or equal to 6cm2.Skin lesions can be single or multiple)into the group.The enrolled patients were randomly divided into 3 groups.Group A was treated with external application of fluorouracil injection(two times/day)combined with local injection of interferon(20ug,1 week/time)for 3 weeks.Group B was treated with photodynamic therapy(once a week)for 3 weeks.Group C was treated with CO2 laser for one time.At the end of treatment,the clinical efficacy of each patient was recorded,and the treatment costs of each group were statistically compared.Patients were instructed to be followed up for 3 months,once a month,to observe and calculate the recurrent rate.Results:A total of 177 effective cases were collected in ABC groups,including 83 males and 94 females,aged between 17 and 50 years,with a median age of 30 years.There was no statistically significant difference among the three groups in terms of course of disease,age,gender,number and size of skin lesions,etc.(P>0.05),which was comparable.The effective rates of ABC groups are 83.05%,81.35%and 100%,and the recurrence rates are 8.47%,10.17%and 32.2%.The incidence of major adverse reactions was 25.42%,20.34%and 30.51%,respectively,and the treatment costs are 246.73yuan,6105.64 yuan and 526.63 yuan respectively.Chi-square test was performed to compare the effective rates of the two groups of AB,and the difference was not statistically significant(χ~2=0.315,P=0.854,P>0.05).There was no difference in treatment effect between AB group.The difference in recurrence rates between A、B、C groups are statistically significant(χ~2=10.552,P=0.005,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the recurrence rate between the A and B groups(χ~2=0.102,P=0.749,P>0.05),and there was no difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups.Comparing the recurrence rates between A and C groups,the difference is statistically significant(χ~2=7.495,P=0.006,P<0.05),that is,the recurrence rate of condyloma acuminatum treated with CO2 laser is higher than that treated with fluorouracil injection combined with interferon local injection.The recurrence rate of group C was significantly higher than that of group A.There was a statistically significant difference in the recurrence rate between the B and C groups(χ~2=5.994,P=0.014,P<0.05),and the recurrence rate in group C was significantly higher than that in group B.That is,the recurrence rate of condyloma acuminatum treated with CO2 laser is higher than that of photodynamic treatment of condyloma acuminatum.Adverse reactions were compared among the ABC groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(χ~2=1.609,P=0.447,P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups of ABC.Conclusions:Fluorouracil injection combined with interferon topical injection for the treatment of skin lesions located in the external genital or perianal region;The course of illness shall not exceed 3months;The diameter of a single skin lesion is less than 0.5cm,the number of skin lesions is less than 10,the area of skin lesions is less than or equal to 6cm2 of condyloma acuminatum,its effect,recurrence rate and adverse reactions,and photodynamic therapy has no statistical difference,and significantly reduced the cost of treatment.and the treatment cost and recurrence rate are better than CO2 laser therapy.Fluorouracil injection combined with interferon local injection for the treatment of some condyloma acuminatum clinical effect is accurate,low recurrence rate,good economic,worthy of clinical application.While fluorouracil injection combined with local interferon injection in the treatment of other types of condyloma acuminatum,and photodynamic combined with CO2 laser therapy and other treatment measures,this study did not do in-depth research.Further observational studies are expected. |
