Objective:To investigate the relationship between vascular endothelial dysfunction and the serum clusterin level among the elderly essential hypertension patients. Methods:In this project,90 elderly essential hypertension patients were randomly selected for the E3H group,45 cases were male and 45 cases were female, the average age was(70.77±6.50)years,and 52 healthy people were for the control group, among them,27 cases were male and 25 cases were female, the average age was(70.73±5.79)years,whose come from the 2nd Affiliated Hospital of Hebei Medical University, according to the 2017 china expert’s consensus on diagnosis and treatment of elderly essential hypertension.Recording all biochemical indicators and the history information of all candidates.NO was evaluated by chemical method. The concentrations of serum Clu,vWF,as well as ET-1were measured by ELISA.Z test was used for comparison of measurement data andχ~2 test was used for comparison of counting data. The correlation of ET-1,NO,vWF and blood pressure indexes with Clu level was analyzed by pearson correlation analysis.P<0.005 was considered to be with statistical significance.Results:1.There were no significant differences in sex,age,BMI,TC,HDL-C,LCL-C and FPG between the EH group and control group(all P>0.05).2.Compared with the control group, the serum Clu level in the EH group was significantly higher(P=0.000).3.Compared with the control group, the serum Clu、ET-1、vWF level increases significantly in the EH group, and there is a statistical difference(P=0.00).Compared with the control group, the serum NO level in the EH group is significantly lower(P=0.00).4.The serum clusterin level was positively associated with the concentrations of serum ET-1 and vWF(P=0.000,r=0.504,r=0.464),and negatively related to the level of NO(P=0.000,r=-0.450)in pearson correlation analysis.5.The serum clusterin level was positively associated with the SBP level(P=0.000,r=0.533)、DBP level(P=0.000,r=0.430),as well as MAP(P=0.000,r=0.531)level in pearson correlation analysis.Conclusions:1.It was suggested that the serum clusterin level was a potential endothelial function marker to indicate the degree of vascular endothelial function damage in elderly essential hypertension patients.2.The serum clusterin is related to the blood pressure level of patients, which may become the biomarker and treatment target for cardiovascular disease...
