Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic value of gastrointestinal ultrasound for common diseases of the upper digestive tract and peripheral organ diseases, and to study the gastric motility of normal people,so as to provide a reference for the diagnosis of gastric dysfunction. Methods:Patients with stomach discomfort were admitted to the hospital and clinic of the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University from August 2017 to February 2019.They were filled with gastrointestinal ultrasound to fill the stomach cavity and observe the surrounding tissues of the stomach and stomach.Mirror examination, other imaging examinations, surgery, and pathology.Thirty-five healthy volunteers were selected as the control group. The frequency of gastric antrum contraction and the area of gastric antrum contraction were observed and recorded at 2 min,5 min,10 min,15 min,20 min,25 min,and 30 min.Results:113 patients with complete data were selected. There were 81 cases of gastric diseases, including 10 cases of gastric cancer,1 case of lymphoma,4 cases of gastric stromal tumor,8 cases of gastric ulcer,14 cases of gastric polyps,1 case of gastric yellow tumor,37 cases of gastritis(including dysfunction 16),and 1 case of foreign body in stomach.5 cases of esophageal hiatus hernia.Gastrointestinal ultrasound diagnosis of gastritis in 33 cases, the coincidence rate with gastroscopy diagnosis was 89.1%(33/37).Gastrointestinal ultrasound clearly diagnosed 10 cases of gastric cancer,4 cases of gastric stromal tumor,8 cases of gastric ulcer,1 case of gastric foreign body,12 cases of gastric polyps,3 cases of hiatal hernia, and the coincidence rate of gastrointestinal ultrasound with surgery and pathological diagnosis was 88.3.%(39/44).15 cases of simple gastric function reduction, obvious gastrointestinal symptoms, but no obvious lesions. There were 17 cases of peri-stomach disease, including 1 case of poorly differentiated liver ligament,7 cases of pancreatic cancer,2 cases of pancreatic pseudopapillary tumor,4 cases of pancreatic pseudocyst,1 case of hematoma at spleen, and 1 case of mesenteric lipitis.Lymphatic cyst with infection in 1 case.Gastrointestinal ultrasound was diagnosed in 16 cases, including 7 cases of pancreatic cancer,1 case of poorly differentiated liver ligament,2 cases of pancreatic pseudopapillary tumor,4 cases of pancreatic pseudocyst,1 case of hematoma at spleen, and 1 case of lymphatic cyst with infection. The coincidence rate of gastrointestinal ultrasound for the diagnosis of gastric peripheral disease was 94.1%(16/17).Gastric sinus contraction frequency and gastric antrum dynamic index increased first in the gastritis with hypofunction group(16 cases),simple gastric function reduction group(15 cases)and control group(35 cases),and reached the highest at 10 minutes after meal. And then decreased;but 5min-30 min after meal, the frequency of gastritis with functional reduction group and gastric function reduction group and gastric antrum index were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.By taking the oral gastrointestinal ultrasound contrast agent,gastroin-testinal ultrasound can be used as the first choice for screening gastrointestinal diseases, supplemented by gastroscopic and upper gastrointestinal angiography, and help to diagnose stomach diseases.2.Gastrointestinal ultrasound improves the diagnosis rate of gastric diseases by taking the oral gastrointestinal ultrasound contrast agent, and has a significant diagnostic value for diseases around the stomach.3.After taking the oral gastrointestinal ultrasound contrast agent,gastroin-testinal ultrasound can dynamically observe the functional status in real time, and quantitative analysis based on gastrointestinal motility.Gastrointestinal ultrasound is an important means to observe gastrointestinal function.
