Objective:Comparison with oral ultrasonic contrast agent and high frequency ultrasound endoscopy in diagnosis and staging of tumor. Methods:oral ultrasonic contrast agent and high frequency high frequency ultrasound endoscopy for30cases of patients with gastric cancer before the operation. After the results of the analysis Compared with the results of pathology after operation. In25cases of gastric mesonchymal tumor underwent the two examination methods, And pathological comparison of detection results of both.Results:1. According to pathological results:The accuracy rate of T staging of oral ultrasonic contrast agent ultrasound:The total T staging accuracy was73.3%, There is significant difference compared with pathology (P=0.025), The accurate rate of T1~T4were66.7%,76.9%,62,5%,100%.(The P values were0.455,0.101,0.206), there was no significant difference between pathological comparison.2. High frequency ultrasound endoscopy for gastric cancer T staging accuracy:The total T staging accuracy was80%, There is significant difference compared with pathology(P=0.025), The accurate rate of T1~T4were83.3%,84.6%,75.0%,66.7%(The P values were1.0、0.484、0.471、1.0),there was no significant difference between pathological comparison.3. Oral ultrasonic contrast agent ultrasound imaging of gastric mesonchymal tumor detection rate was92%, High frequency ultrasound endoscopy for gastrointestinal stromal tumor detection rate was84%. There were no significant differences between the two and pathology(The P values were0.49、0.11)Conclusions:1. Oral ultrasonic contrast agent ultrasound in T4staging of gastric cancer with higher accuracy than endoscopic ultrasonography, High frequency ultrasonic endoscope have a great accurately for early gastric cancer staging.2. The detection rate of Oral ultrasonic contrast agent ultrasound imaging and high frequency ultrasound endoscopy for gastrointestinal stromal tumor with no significant difference.3. Detection of both on T staging of gastric cancer, gastric mesenchymal tumors have different advantages, combination the two can further improve the accuracy of staging and gastrointestinal stromal tumor detection rate of gastric cancer.4. Oral ultrasonic contrast agent ultrasound was worth popularizing painless, repeatable inspection...
