Clinical Observation Of Kaiyu Chaixia Decoction In The Treatment Of Refractory Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease(Liver-Stomach Stagnation-Heat Type)

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Kaiyu Chaixia decoction in the treatment of refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease(hepatogastric depression and heat type),and to explore the value of clinical application of this prescription,so as to provide some clinical data for famous experts of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: There were no significant differences in sex,age,course of disease,gastroscopy distribution,RDQ scale score and TCM syndrome score before treatment.After treatment,in terms of improving the main symptoms(RDQ scale score),both groups could significantly improve heartburn and acid regurgitation(botanic acid /bitter mouth).Backeating(discomfort caused by stomach content)and symptoms of retrosternal pain(P < 0.01).However,the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P ? 0.01).In terms of TCM syndromes,the treatment group can improve epigastric burning pain,belching reflux,noise and hunger,dry mouth / bitter mouth,abdominal distension.The scores of full,irritable and constipation symptoms were significantly improved before and after treatment(P< 0.01).After treatment,the control group could improve the symptoms of abdominal burning pain,belching regurgitation and noise and hunger.There was significant difference before and after treatment(P < 0.01),and the symptoms of dry mouth /mouth pain were improved(0.01 < P,P < 0.05).However,there was no significant effect on abdominal distension,irritability and constipation(P>0.05).In the comparison of scores between the two groups,the treatment group was improving TCM syndromes such as heartburn,abdominal distension,belching regurgitation,irritability and mouth.Dry / mouth bitterness and stool secret knot were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference between the two groups in improving noise and hunger.The total effective rate of the main symptoms(RDQ scale score)in the treatment group was 93.75%,which was significantly better than that in the control group(56.25%),and the results were significantly different.The effective rate was 93.75%,which was significantly better than that of the control group(43.75%)(P < 0.01).Conclusion: Kaiyu Chaixia decoction has obvious therapeutic effect on refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease of liver and stomach depression and heat type,can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and has high clinical value.It should be able to bring an effective treatment for patients with refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease of liver and stomach depression and heat.
