Observation On The Clinical Effect Of Qinggan Hewei Recipe In Treating Refractory Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease With Stagnation Of Heat In The Liver And Stomach

ObjectiveTo observe clinical effect of Qinggan Hewei decoction treatment of RGERD,and to evaluate long-term efficacy(recurrence rate)and the security.MethodThe patients diagnosed as refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease with liver stomach muggy syndrome were included and treated with qinggan hewei decoction,using the method of t self-designed before and after test,and the course of treatment was 8 weeks.During treatment,all other drugs for the treatment of refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease were discontinued.The Case Report Form(CRF Table)was used to record the symptom scores of the patients,and the patient was revisited once a week.One follow-up was conducted at the 4th week after the treatment course,and the symptom scores were recorded at each revisit and follow-up.And through the integration of the symptoms of patients before and after treatment the total acid reflux,heartburn,retrosternal pain,the diagnosis burn,often abdominal distention,belching,full reflux,upset,irritability,easy hungry,dry mouth bitter,constipation symptoms integral,compare the treatment effectiveness,to come to the conclusion that Qinggan Hewei decoction in the treatment of liver stomach muggy syndrome of refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease of clinical therapeutic effect of observation after drug withdrawal symptoms and relapse,and safety evaluation..Resuit:1 Clinical data:According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,a total of 73 patients were included,60 cases were completed and 60 patients were followed up.2 General information:There was a small gap between the number of male and female patients,aged 46-75 years,and the number of patients with a course of less than 10 years was more common.3 Effective rate of treatment:Among the 60 patients,4 cases were cured,27 were significant effective,23 were effective and 6 were ineffective,accounting for 5.00%,33.75%,28.75%and 7.50%respectively,with a total efficiency of 90.00%.4 Change of symptom score:The difference between the total score of pre-treatment symptoms and the total score of symptoms after treatment was statistically significant(P?0.05).It is shown that the qinggan hewei decoction can effectively treat refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease liver stomach muggy syndrome.5 Change of symptom score in different treatment stages:The symptoms of patients in the first,second,third,fourth,fifth,sixth,seventh,and eighth weeks of the treatment process improved compared to pre-treatment.And after the first week of treatment,the symptoms of each week improved from the previous week.6 From the single symptom curative effect evaluation:The treatment of 60 cases of refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease liver stomach muggy syndrome patients with heartburn,acid,post-thoracic pain,burning pain in the stomach,abdominal fullness and distention,belching,irritability,easy hunger,dry mouth and bitter,constipation,respectively,88.10%,90.00%,50.00%,64.00%,73.00%?77.50%?85.70%?100.00%?88.00%?77.30%?7 Follow-up:The recurrence rate of liver stomach muggy syndrome of refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease was 25.0%.It can be seen that the treatment of the disease is better in the treatment of the qinggan hewei decoction.8 Analysis of the effects of qinggan hewei decoction treatment factors:The effective treatment rate of qinggan hewei decoction was not much more effective for different sex treatments,and it was more effective for patients aged 26-35 years old,36-45 years old,56-65 years old,66-75 years old and higher than other age groups.Further investigation and study is needed to find out which factors are related to it.The total efficiency of patients with a course of less than 1 year is higher than 1-10 years,however,the number of patients in 10-20 years,20-30 years is relatively small,so the total efficiency is not reference significance,indicating that patients with shorter courses of treatment effect is better.ConclusionQinggan Hewei decoction in the treatment of refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease of liver stomach muggy syndrome has a good clinicil effect.It can not only improve the clinical symptoms,but also has low recurrence rate and good safety.
