Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Senile Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease With Acute Exacerbation Of Phlegm-turbid Obstructing Lung Syndrome By Yiqi Jiangzhuo Method

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Qi-Enriching and turbidity-lowering therapy in the treatment of Phlegm-turbidity obstruction syndrome in elderly patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods: 64 elderly patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)diagnosed as Phlegm-Turbid obstruction of lung syndrome were divided into treatment group(32 cases)and control group(32 cases)according to the principle of randomized control.The control group was treated with standard western medicine,while the treatment group was treated with the method of Tonifying Qi and reducing turbidity on the basis of standard western medicine.The course of treatment was 2 weeks.By observing the changes of TCM syndrome score,total white blood cells,percentage of neutrophils,C-reactive protein,procalcitonin,blood gas analysis,lung function,CAT score and m MRC score before and after treatment,the therapeutic effect of Yiqi Jiangzhuo method was evaluated.Meanwhile,blood routine,urine routine,liver and kidney function,electrolyte,electrocardiogram and chest X-ray were tested to evaluate the safety of the test.Result: In this study,the treatment group and the control group after treatment can improve the TCM syndrome score,total white blood cells,percentage of neutrophils,C-reactive protein,procalcitonin,blood gas analysis,lung function,CAT score,m MRC score and other indicators.After treatment,the treatment group is superior to the control group,with statistical analysis showing statistical significance(P < 0.05),safety.The sexual evaluation was grade 1.Conclusion:Yiqi Jiangzhuo therapy can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of elderly AECOPD patients with Phlegm-Turbid obstruction of lung syndrome.It is an effective method to treat elderly AECOPD patients with Phlegm-Turbid obstruction of lung syndrome.The clinical observation shows that the method of Invigorating Qi and reducing turbidity is safe and has no adverse reactions.
