Research Model And Strategic Analysis Of Tongue Diagnosis

Objective:To analyze the research content and mode of tongue diagnosis by combing the ancient literature and the statistics of modern literature,and provide reference for the modernization research strategy of tongue diagnosis in the era of big data.Methods:1.The ancient literature mainly adopts the literature research method,taking the Chinese medical code as the data source of the “Ninth Five-Year Plan” national key electronic publishing planning project,with “tongue”,“tongue”,“tongue”,“tongue” and “tongue” "Search for the relevant literature catalogues of keywords,select the corresponding tongue diagnosis monographs,monograph materials as two sections of tongue and tongue coating,based on the teaching content of modern Chinese medicine diagnostics,around the original description of the tongue,etiology,pathogenesis,disease The disease position is discussed and analyzed.2.The modern literature uses the Chinese Academic Journal Full-text Database(CNKI)as the data source,and searches for related documents such as “linguistic”,“lingual” and “tongue”,etc.,and CNKI is built to the public in 2018.The research content of the published papers is analyzed by methods and models.Results:1.Ancient literature research has included a total of 19 documents related to tongue and tongue coating.The tongue image is closely related to the etiology and pathogenesis.Later generation doctors have inherited the tongue image.The tongue disease is responsible for the heart,spleen,small intestine,lung,large intestine,brain and heart envelope from the visceral paradox.The tongue is more responsible for the stomach,lungs and kidneys from the visceral paradox.From the meridian theory,it is responsible for the liver,lung,spleen,stomach and kidney.The death is more common in the tongueless,the tongue is black or the tongue is curled,and the tongue coating is blue moss and the center of the purple moss with blue or grayish black.2.Modern literature research included 441 related tongues and 369 tongue coatings related to tongue fur,from the annual publication frequency of the literature,the database of literature sources,the name of the unit of the literature,the journals of the literature,the frequency of the keywords,the frequency of citations,the support of the fund,The research content is divided into 8 dimensions,and the latitude and longitude clearly distinguishes the literature of tongue diagnosis.Studies have shown that the number of papers published in tongue diagnosis is generally on the rise,but the tongue-related research has declined slightly in recent years;the geographical distribution is more studied in universities in Guangzhou,Beijing and Shanghai;the literature supported by the fund is relatively more Less;the highest number of citations was 131,but the average number of citations was small,and even most of the literature was not cited;TCM magazines included the most relevant research on tongue diagnosis;from the research content,the current research direction is mostly tongue and tongue coating.Clinical observation research,microscopic research and information research,among which,informationization research is the main development direction.Conclusions: Ancient and modern literature research draws the following conclusions:Based on the Yellow Emperor’s Internal Classic,the inheritance and development of tongue diagnosis theory by later physicians is the fundamental reason for the inheritance of tongue diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine.The change of tongue texture and tongue coating color reflects the attribution of viscera and meridian diseases can be used to guide the clinical differentiation and treatment of modern Chinese medicine.Modern literature studies have drawn the following conclusions:1.There is still a huge space for the modern study of tongue diagnosis.In the future,based on traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities,with the help of modern scientific instruments,integrating the theory and technology of microbiology,genetics,biochemistry and cytology,combining modern engineering technology such as chemical engineering,machinery,computer,etc.,the principle of tongue diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine can be fully revealed scientifically and objectively.2.Enhance the support of the National Natural Science Foundation of China,follow the main trend of objective research on tongue diagnosis,and study the correlation between tongue diagnosis and gastritis,liver cirrhosis,hepatitis,cancer,diabetes,coronary heart disease,etc,demonstrating the intrinsic relationship between tongue image and diseases,human body systems,lays a theoretical foundation for the objective development of tongue diagnosis,and promotes the development of accurate and intelligent tongue diagnosis system and instruments.
