Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Malignant Pleural Effusion With Addition And Reduction Of MuliZexie Powder Combined With Pleural Infusion Of Cisplatin

Objective:To observe the curative effect of pleural effusion,improvement of quality of life,TCM syndrome score and toxic and side effects of Addition and reduction of MuliZexie powdercombined with cisplatin in the treatment of MPE,and to evaluate the curative effect and safety of addition and reduction of MuliZexie powder.Methods:In this study,50 patients with MPE hospitalized from April 2018 to January2019 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 25 patients in each group.In the control group,pleural perfusion of cisplatin was performed once for D1,D8,D15 and D22,four timestotally.The treatment group was treated with addition and reduction of MuliZexie powder on the basis of the control group,one dose a day,three times a day,100 ml each time.The treatment cyclewas 4 weeks.Afterthe treatment cycle,data of efficacy indicators were collected and compared with that before treatment to determine the efficacy and compare the indicators of adverse reactions.SPSS20.0 software was used for data analysis and statistics.Results:1.Comparison of clinical data before treatment: there was no significant difference between the two groups in age,gender,amount of pleural effusion,KPS score and TCM syndrome score(P > 0.05).2.Comparison of curative effect: ORR of pleural effusion in the two groups after treatment was 68% in the treatment group and 64% in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant.DCR of pleural effusion was 96% in the treatment group and 72% in the control group,and P < 0.05 after chi-square test,the difference was statistically significant.The total effective cases of TCM syndrome integral effect in the treatment group were 23 cases(92%),and 18 cases(72%)in the control group.The difference was statistically significant when P < 0.05 by rank-sum test,and the treatment group was higher than the control group.The KPS score of the treatment group was increased in 16 cases(64%),and that of the control group was increased in8 cases(32%).The difference was statistically significant when P < 0.05 by rank-sumtest.3.Safety evaluation: No adverse reactions of heart,liver or nervous system occurred in the two groups during the observation period and after treatment.In the two groups of patients with hematologic toxicity ? degree and below,does not appear more than ?bone marrow suppression;Gastrointestinal tract toxicity for all appear a few ?degree of nausea and vomiting;Two groups of patients were minor ? degree of renal toxicity;Hematology,gastrointestinal tract and renal toxicity showed no statistically significant difference by rank-sum test(p > 0.05),and no adverse reactions were observed in the treatment group and the control group.Conclusion:Addition and reduction of MuliZexie powder combined with pleural infusion of cisplatin can control the amount of pleural effusion,improve the quality of life and improve the clinical symptoms in patients with MPE.
