Objective:By comparing and observing the clinical effect of traditional acupuncture with electro-therapeutic apparatus and electro-acupuncture at the meridian node of finger and wrist dyskinesia caused by radial nerve paralysis, and synthetically evaluating them.We can provide more effective treatment for wrist prolapse syndrome after radial nerve paralysis and restore fine finger movement. Methods:In this study,60 patients with radial nerve palsy who met the criteria were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group(transtendinous node with electro-acupuncture group)and control group(conventional acupuncture with electro-acupuncture group),30 cases in each group. Two times a day,six days for a course of treatment, each course interval of one day,a total of four courses of treatment. The results were compared and evaluated by motor evaluation criteria, radial nerve function evaluation criteria and neuroelectrophysiological examination.Results:1.The sensory and motor function, radial nerve function evaluation and nerve conduction velocity of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment, and there were significant differences(p < 0.05).2.After 4 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.7% and that of the control group was 90%.It was concluded that the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(p < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Both acupuncture methods can improve the motor and sensory disturbances of hands and wrists caused by radial nerve paralysis.2.The total curative effect of trans-tendon node with electro-acupuncture therapy is obviously better than that of the control group. It can restore the function of finger movement and wrist extension more effectively.
