Objective:By analysising of the causes and pathogenesis combined with the methods of prescriptions and medicines,To study the laws of s yndrome differentiation and treatment of acne from the aspect of viscer a theory by ancient and modern physicians;To discuss its simply therap eutic mechanism,by observing the clinical effect of Qingre Xiaocuo Pill combined with external tincture and ear acupoint seed pressing method on acne of lung-stomach hyperthermia type.Method:The review part mainly collects and collates the ancient an d modern literature,books and works related to acne.And make comparat ive system analysis.Using self-control method,40 cases of Lung-stomach hyperthermia acne were treated with Qingre Xiaocuo Pill,40 capsules e ach time,twice a day,Take warm water after breakfast and dinner;Sanhu ang Tang Tincture for External Use,Apply cotton swabs to the lesions,T wo to three times a day;Acupoint selection:Lung,spleen,endocrine,she nmen,subcortical and adrenal glands,Press more than six times a day,It is advisable to press to local swelling and heat sensation.Two times a week,alternating ears.The total course of treatment was four weeks.Di gital photography of the lesion every week,Skin lesion count and TCM symptom score were recorded every two weeks.Asking about medication compliance and record adverse reactions.Result:Physiological dysfunction of various viscera can lead to the occurrence and development of acne.The correlation between lung and stomach is the greatest,the most common types are Lung meridian wind-heat and spleen-stomach damp-heat.Especially in the modern structure of fast food,the number of acne patients with lung and stomach hyperthermia has an upward trend;40 patients with acne treated in this study,13 cases were markedly effective,19 cases were effective and 6 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 85%.There were significant differences in the number of lesions and the scores of TCM syndromes before and after treatment (P(27)0.05).During the treatment,one case had mild diarrhea symptoms,and the adverse symptoms disappeared after the dosage was halved without any other adverse reactions.Conclusion:The syndrome differentiation of acne is based on the lung and stomach at the initial location,and the nature of acne is mostly excess.Up to modern times,attention has been paid to the differentiation of liver and kidney,and the nature of the disease is diverse.With the acceleration of modern life pace and the change of dietary structure,the number of acne patients with stagnation of liver meridian and deficiency of kidney Yin is increasing year by year.The combination of internal and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has a good effect on acne of lung-stomach hyperthermia type,especially for new-born red papules.
