Clinical Observation Of Jiawei Yigong Powder Combined With Auricular Point Pressing Bean In Treating Children With Allergic Rhinitis(Lung And Spleen Deficiency Syndrome)

Objective: Taking the western medicine loratadine Syrup only as the control group,this paper observes and evaluates the clinical efficacy and safety of Jiawei Yigong Power combined with auricular point pressing with bean in the treatment of children with allergic rhinitis,lung and spleen deficiency syndrome.Method: 60 children were divided into 2 groups randomly,with 30 children in each group.The treatment group was treated with Jiawei Yigong Powder combined with auricular point pressing with bean,and the control group the loratadine Syrup.The two groups were treated with 2 courses(15days for a course).The observation time points were before treatment,15 days after treatment,and30 days after treatment.The patients were followed up 1 month after treatment and 2 months after treatment.By filling out the clinical case observation form,the researcher compared data of before and after treatment within groups and between groups,and by using statistical software SPSS 22.0,conducted integration analysis.Conclusion:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Main effect indicators: the two groups had similar clinical efficacy in improving nasal signs(P > 0.05).In the first course of treatment,the therapeutic effect of the two groups was similar(P >0.05).The therapeutic effect of the treatment group on the symptoms of nasal congestion and runt was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).With the progress of the treatment course,the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Secondary effect indicators: the treatment group had significant effect on the improvement of single secondary symptoms —complexion,stool,diet,fatigue and sweating,while oral loratadine syrup had no significant effect on the improvement.Late follow-up results showed that the treatment group does have a long term advantage in the improvement of the allergic rhinitis in children.The treatment group can remarkably decrease the recurrent rate and improve the recurrent symptom of the allergic rhinitis.Laboratory examination: both Jiawei Yigong Power combined with auricular point pressing with bean and loratadine syrup can reduce the absolute value of peripheral eosinophils,and the efficacy of the two groups is equivalent(P>0.05).Result: Jiawei Yigong Powder combined with auricular point pressure with bean has a significant clinical effect as well as high safety in the treatment of allergic rhinitis(lung and spleen deficiency syndrome).
