Clinical Observation Of Qingdan Jiangni Hewei Method In Treatment Of Non-erosive Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease With Biliary Heat Invading Stomach Syndrome

Objective:To evaluate the curative effect of Qingdan Jiangni Hewei method in treating non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease with biliary heat invading stomach syndrome though clinical observation.Methods: With the method of comprision before and after the treatment,40 cases of non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease with biliary heat invading stomach syndrome who were in compliance with the inclusion criteria were numbered according to the order of visit.These cases were given the medicine decoction of Qingdan Jiangni Hewei method and basic treatment for continuous 4 weeks.Observe and record the changes of TCM symptoms and the integral of Gastroesophageal reflux disease questionnaire before and after treatment.The patients were followed up by Gastroesophageal reflux disease questionnaire though telephone 4 weeks after treatment,analyze the recurrence according to the change of symptom score.Enter the resulting data into SPSS22.0 software for analysis.Results: During the experiment,there were 2 shedding patients and 38 completed cases.The statistical results of TCM syndrome curative effect after the course of treatment were as follows: 2 cases were cured,accounting for 5.26%,7 cases were obviously effective,accounting for 18.42%,and 28 cases were effective 73.68%,1 invalid,2.63%,the total effective rate of TCM syndrome was 97.36%.The total score of TCM syndrome before and after treatment(13.52±2.27,5.50±1.86)was statistically significant.Single syndrome score before and after treatment,The results of statistical analysis were as follows: Bitter pharynx dry mouth(2.47±0.50,0.78±0.47),heartburn(2.31±0.57,0.71±0.45),costal distension pain(1.50±0.83,0.54±0.73),chest and back pain(1.44±0.86,0.71±0.56),reverse acid(1.81±0.83,0.65±0.58),belching or regurgitation(1.52±0.89,0.60±0.49),insomnia(1.21±0.70,0.63±0.58)and hunger(1.23±0.71,0.65±0.53).The scores of single symptoms before and after treatment were analyzed,and the difference was statistically significant.The scores of GerdQ before and aftertreatment were 13.57 ±1.68 and 7.36±1.34.According to statistical analysis,the difference was statistically significan.There were 3 recurrent patients,the recurrence rate was 7.89% among the 38 cases.Conclusion1.The traditional Chinese medicine symptoms of non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease with biliary heat invading stomach syndrome can be effectively improved by Qingdan Jiangni Hewei method.2.Qingdan Jiangni Hewei method can obviously reduce the recurrence rate of patients with non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease with biliary heat invading stomach syndrome.
