Objective:Through the retrospective statistical analysis of the case data of patients who undergone general anesthesia of tracheal intubation in our hospital, the paper aims to explore the risk factors of postoperative pneumonia after general anesthesia. We expect this analysis to provide a clinical reference for the prevention and treatment of postoperative pneumonia in patients after general anesthesia.Method:We collected the case data of patients who undergone general anesthesia tracheal of intubation in our hospital between January 1,2017 and December 31,2018,and sampled 190 patients with no postoperative pneumonia who have undergone general anesthesia randomly.History of smoking and drinking,BMI,sex, lung lesions, allergic history, hypertension, diabetes, preoperative GCS score, liver function, kidney function, hypoalbuminemia, cardiac function,ASA grade, emergency surgery, duration of machanical ventilation, indwelling gastric tube, invasive catheterization and surgical site,a total of 23 risk factors for pneumonia after general anesthesia may be used to statistically analyze the factors associated with postoperative pulmonary infection to identify the ultimate independent risk factors.Univariate analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis were performed for the influencing factors for the pneumonia after general anesthesia. Results:Of the patients who received surgical procedures under general anesthesia,190 patients were diagnosed as postoperative pneumonia, and the average age was 58.29 +18.34 years,of which 93 were males and 97 were females.According to the results of multivariate logistic regression analysis,we know that independent risk factors for postoperative pneumonia consists history of smoking, age,BMI,COPD,preoperative GCS score, hypoalbuminemia, emergency surgery and invasive operation. There are 52 strain pathogenic bacteria separated from 190 case of postoperative pneumonia, which including 44 Gram-nagative bacilli,4 Gram-positive cocci and 4 fungi were isolated. Conclusion:History of smoking,age≥60 years,BMI≥28g/L,COPD,preoperative GCS score, hypoalbuminemia, emergency surgery, invasive operation were the risk factors of postoperative pneumonia.Anesthetist should pay attention to the controllable factors like smoking、COPD and invasive operation,to reduce the incidence of pneumonia.
