Obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)refers to apnea and hypopnea caused by upper airway collapsing and obstruction,which can be associated with a variety of complications,and increases physical load and treatment costs.It has a serious impact on people’s daily life and social work.Asthma is the most common airway immune disease,and a large population suffer from asthma.In recent years,more and more studies have shown that lots of OSAHS patients are accompanied by asthma,and that treating one disease will lead to better control of another disease.Furthermore,many researches focus on continuous positive airway pressure(CPAP)treatment in OSAHS patients with asthma lately.This article reviews the progress of CPAP in the treatment of OSAHS patients with asthma.
