| Objectives In this experimental investigations,the cure of early DN with kidney qi deficiency and blood stasis was carried out by using the principle of invigorating the spleen,invigorating the kidney and activating blood circulation,and the therapeutic effect and security of clinical sicknesses were observed.Methods Sixty sufferers with early DN were equally saparated into treatment group(30 cases)and matched group(30 cases)according to the rules of randomized control.The matched group was given exercise,diet,smoking and alcohol cessation,and basic treatment of lowering blood sugar and lipid.The treatment group was treated with Jianpi Bushen Huoxue Granule,one dose a day,water at 100?in the morning and evening.The treatment period of the two groups was 2 months.After the completion of the treatment cycle,the clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed.The observed items included TCM symptom score,blood sugar,glycated hemoglobin and urinary albumin creatinine ratio of the two groups.Safety observation included alanine aminotransferase,glutamic oxaloacetic aminotransferase,serum creatinine and urea nitrogen in the two groups.Data collection and statistical analysis were carried out,and diversity has statistical meaning(P < 0.05).Results 1 The curative effect of two groups of diseases: the number of markedly effective,valid and unvalid cases in the treatment group was 5 cases,23 cases and 2 cases respectively;the number of markedly effective,valid and unvalid cases in the matched group was 0 cases,22 cases and 8 cases respectively;in all valid proportion in the treatment group was 93.3%,and in all valid proportion in the control group was 73.3%.The curative effect of the treatment group was be tter than that of the control group.2 TCM symptom score: before treatment,the median and quartile of the treatment group were 18.50(15.75,22.00),before treatment,the median and quartile of the control group were 19.00(5.00,22.00),after treatment,the median and quartile of the treatment group were 7.00(5.00,9.00),after treatment,the median and quartile of the control group were 10.50(9.00,14.00).P=0.000 between the two groups after treatment,P=0.000 in the treatment group and P=0.000 in the control group.3 Glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin: Fasting blood glucose(FBG): treatment group was 7.04±0.42 after treatment,control group was 6.94±0.45 after treatment;2h postprandial blood glucose(2hPBG): treatment group was 10.90±0.47 after treatment,control group was 10.92±0.55;HbA1c: after treatment in treatment group was 6.79±0.56,after treatment in control group was 6.84±0.53.The FBG,2hPBG and HbA1 c of the two groups could decrease blood sugar after treatment,but there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P > 0.05),indicating that there was no significant difference in the regulation of blood sugar between the two groups.4 Urinary albumin creatinine ratio(UACR): treatment group was 70.17±26.46 after treatment,control group was 106.05±21.29 after treatment,P = 0.714 between the two groups before treatment,P = 0.000 between the two groups after treatment,P = 0.000 in the treatment group and P = 0.000 in the control group.5 Safety indicators of treatment group: ALT: before treatment was 26.37±8.02,after treatment was 27.47±6.79,P=0.569;AST: before treatment was 26.13±10.16,after treatment was 25.43±7.71,P=0.765;Serum creatinine(SCr): before treatment was 63.97±29.99,after treatment was 61.93±19.32,P=0.791;Urea nitrogen(BUN)Before treatment was 6.80±1.96,after treatment was 6.18±2.20,P=0.249.Conclusions 1 Jianpi Bushen Huoxue recipe combined with insulin hypoglycemic and other basic treatments can improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the ratio of urinary albumin to creatinine in early DN patients.2 Jianpi Bushen Huoxue Prescription has no effect on liver function and kidney function,and is safe and reliable.Figure0;Table11;Reference 97. |
