Clinical Observation Of Bushen Qingre Huoxue Method Combining With Low Molecular Weight Heparin In The Treatment Of Pre-thrombotic State Of Early Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion

Objective: The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical therapeutic efficacy of early recurrent spontaneous abortion caused by pre-thrombotic state.During the study,the method of bushen qingre huoxue combining with low molecular weight heparin is used to treat the pre-thrombotic state.At the same time,through this clinical observation,the new way can be applied to the treatment of early recurrent spontaneous abortioncaused by pre-thrombotic state.Methods:The patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group(30 cases)was treated with self-made Baotaifang combined with low molecular weight heparin,while the control group(30 cases)was treated with low molecular weight heparin only.The changes of TCM syndrome score,D-dimer,activated partial thromboplastin time,prothrombin time,thrombin time,fibrinogen and 12-week embryo survival were observed before and after treatment,and the curative effect of TCM syndrome and 12-week embryo survival rate were evaluated.Results:Analysis of TCM syndrome efficacy: The total effective rate of the observation group is 93.3%,and that of the control group is 73.3%.The observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Analysis of 12-week embryo survival rate : There are 7 re-abortions in the observation group,the 12-week embryo survival rate is 86.6%,15 re-abortions in the control group,and the 12-week embryo survival rate is 63.3%.The observation group is better than the control group(P<0.05).Analysis of TCM syndrome integral before and after treatment: After treatment,the scores of TCM syndrome integral in both groups are decreased than those before treatment(P< 0.01),and the observation group is remarkably better than the matched group(P<0.01).Analysis of TCM single symptom integral after treatment: After treatment,all symptoms of the two groups are improved,and the observation group is remarkably better than the matched group(P<0.01).Analysis of laboratory indicators before and after treatment: After treatment,the D-dimer and fibrinogen decreased,the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.01),the activated partial thromboplastin time,thrombin time and prothrombin time increased,and the improvement of activated partial thromboplastin time and thrombin time in the observation group is better than that in the control group(P<0.05).But about the prothrombin time,there is no remarkable difference in the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:The method of bushen qingre huoxue combining with low molecular heparin is effective in treating early recurrent spontaneous abortion caused by pre-thrombotic state which belonged to kidney deficiency and stasis heat type.It can effectively improve the related clinical symptoms and hypercoagulable state of patients,and improve the 12-week embryo survival rate.
