| Objectives To observe the clinical effect of Jiawei Sanwu Huangqin Decoction in treating children with recurrent aphthous ulcer with heat accumulation of heart and spleen,and its influence on serum immunoglobulin IgA,IgG and IgM levels,and to evaluate the therapeutic effect of Jiawei Sanwu Huangqin Decoction.Methods All the cases included in this study came from 80 patients who met the inclusion criteria in the pediatric clinic of Tangshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to December 2018.They were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method,40 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with modified Sanwu Huangqin Decoction,while the control group was treated with vitamin B2 and vitamin C for 4 days.Observe and record the number of ulcers,ulcer diameter,pain index,average ulcer period,TCM symptoms and signs efficacy evaluation score,serum IgA,IgG,IgM levels,total effective rate and long-term recurrence rate before and after treatment.SPSS20.0 statistical software was used for analysis the results.Results 1.Before treatment,the baseline comparison of basic data,physical and chemical examinations and curative effect indicators between the two groups was P>0.05,with no significant difference and comparability.2.Comparison of curative effect indexes after treatment: the number of ulcers in treatment group was 1.00(1.00~1.00)and that in control group was 1.00(1.00~2.00),P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The diameter of ulcer in the treatment group was(0.43±0.22)mm,while that in the control group was(1.27±0.44)mm,P<0.05.The difference was statistically significant.Pain index was 1.00(0.00~2.00)in the treatment group and 3.00(2.00~4.00)in the control group(P<0.05).The average ulcer period was 4.23(3.76~4.74)days in the treatment group and 6.00(5.00~7.00)days in the control group,P<0.05,with significant difference.3.Comparing the scores of TCM symptoms and signs: before and after treatment,there was significant difference in the scores between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,there were significant differences in ulcer size,exudation area,congestion,pain,stool,urine and total score between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in burning sensation and thirst score between the two groups(P>0.05).4.After treatment,the levels of IgA,IgG and IgM in serum of the two groups were all P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.5.Comparing the curative effect of TCM syndromes: in the treatment group,6 cases were cured,16 cases were markedly effective,14 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 92.31%;in the control group,0 cases were cured,10 cases were markedly effective,21 cases were effective and 8 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 79.49%,P=0.002<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.6.Long-term efficacy comparison: the recurrence rate of treatment group was 33.33%,the recurrence rate of control group was 58.06%,P=0.042<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.7.In this study,two groups of patients did not cooperate with the treatment of 1 case of each abscission,the selected patients were not allergic and other adverse reactions.Conclusions 1.Jiawei Sanwu Huangqin Decoction is more effective than vitamin in treating children's recurrent aphthous ulcer with heat accumulation of heart and spleen.It can improve the main symptoms and signs of patients.2.Jiawei Sanwu Huangqin Decoction is superior to vitamin therapy in reducing the number of ulcers,reducing the area of ulcers,alleviating pain and shortening the average ulcer period.3.Jiawei SanwuHuangqin Decoction is more effective than vitamin in regulating serum immunoglobulin IgA,IgG and IgM to return to normal and reduce recurrence.Figure0;Table18;Reference 90... |
