Qingxinyunpi Decoction Combined Zhenshi Powder In Treating Infantile Oral Aphtha Clinical Study (Heat Accumulation In Heart And Spleen)

Objective: This study aims to explore and evaluate the curative effects and advan tages of traditional Chinese medicine which can prevent Infantile Oral Aphtha through the tutor's clinical research that Qingxinyunpi Decoction combined with Zhenshi Pow der can cure the Infantile Oral Aphtha.Method:This research included 60 cases in which people suffered from such a kind of disease from December 2015 to January 2017 under the treatment of Chinese Medicine University in Changchun.By means of querying data tables in random,subjects were respectively divided into therapeutic groups and control groups,each of which was consisted of 30 cases.While the therapeutic groups were given self-made Qingxinyunpi Decoction combined with Zhenshi powder,the control groups were given Jianerqingjie Oral Liquid combined with Bingpeng Powder.We intended to observe the curative effects in both therapies.Normally,every period of treatment comprised of 7 days.By observing two courses of treatment,we can evaluate the effectiveness and security of Qingxinyunpi Soup combined with Zhenshi Powder working on curing the Infantile Oral Aphtha(heat accumulation in heart and spleen).Result: 1.There was no evident statistical significance in gender,age,course of disease between the two groups(P>0.05),that is to say the two groups were comparable.2.The total effective rate comparison: Qingxinyunpi Decoction combined with Zhenshi powder :cure 6 cases,significant effect 16 cases,efficient 7 cases,the total effective rate was 96.67%;Jianerqingjie Oral Liquid combined with Bingpeng Powder: cure 4 cases,significant effect 13 cases,efficient 8 cases,the total effective rate was 83.33%.The differences between two therapies possessed statistical significance(P<0.05),suggesting the effect of treatment group was better than the control group.3.Related efficacy comparison: The comparison between age and efficacy,gender and efficacy were statistically insignificant(P>0.05),that is to say they were comparable.The comparison between the state of illness and efficacy were significantly different(P<0.05),accounting for the fact that the degree of seriousness in illness was remarkably related to the clinical efficacy.The degree of illness had an inverse relationship with the curative efficacy,the milder the state of an illness,the better the curative effect.4.The comparison between the two groups before and after the treatment: Compared with Jianerqingjie Oral Liquid combined with Bingpeng Powder,Qingxinyunpi Decoction combined with Zhenshi Powder acted remarkably in reducing the size and the number of anabrosis,alleviating the degree of congestion and aching feeling,and lightening burning sensation.The treatment can also be conducive to mitigate thirst and constipation.Conclusion: Doctors achieved satisfactory clinical efficacy by applying Qingxinyunpi Decoction combined with Zhenshi powder to cure Infantile Oral Aphtha(heat accumulation in heart and spleen).This prescription lays emphasis on the organic connection between the local and the general and helps to provide an effective treatment for curing and preventing Infantile Oral Aphtha by the combination of the internal and external.Such a kind of treatment takes effect quickly and is of high safety.
