Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of aniracetam combined with exposure therapy in the treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder and its influence on physiological indexes such as blood pressure and heart rate, and to provide guidance for psychiatrists on the treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder. Methods: Thirty patients with post-traumatic stress disorder who were treated in our hospital were randomly divided into study group and control group(15 cases each). The study group was treated with exposure therapy combined with aniracetam, and the control group was treated with exposure therapy.Placebo treatment for 12 weeks.Post-traum atic stress disorder self-rating scale(PTSD-SS)and PTSD checklists were used before and at the 2nd,4th,8th and 12 th week after treatment(The PTSD Cheeklist-Civilian Version,PCL-C)assessed clinical efficacy. The anxiety anxiety changes were assessed with the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)before treatment and at 4 and 12 weeks after treatment.Changes in blood pressure and heart rhythm were monitored before treatment and at the end of treatment. Results: After treatment,at the 4th,8th,and 12 th weekend, the total scores of the posttraumatic stress disorder self-rating scale(PTSD-SS)were significantly lower than those before the treatment(P<0.05).It was lower than the control group(P<0.05).At the end of the fourth weekend, the study group only repeated the experience factor scores lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).At the 8th weekend, the scores of the study group's repeated recurrence experience, avoidance symptoms and subjective assessment were lower than the control group(P<0.05).At the12 th weekend, the study group's repeated recurrence factor score, subjective assessment factor score, avoidance symptom factor score and social function impairment factor were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The study group score was still lower than the 8th weekend score(P<0.05),while the control group had no difference at the 12 th and 8th weekends(P>0.05).At the end of treatment, the Hammer Anxiety Scale(HAMA)scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment. At the 12 th weekend, the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the single exposure group(P<0.05)..After treatment, the scores of post-traumatic stress disorder checklists(PCL-C)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the PCL-C scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Among them, the two factors of repeated recurrence and avoidance of traumatic experience were lower than the control group(P<0.05),but there was no difference between the two groups in terms of increased alertness. The blood pressure and heart rate of the two groups were lower after treatment than before treatment, but there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group. Conclusion Aniracetam can increase the effect of exposure treatment to a certain extent, and can improve the symptoms and anxiety of post-traumatic stress disorder more than exposure therapy alone. The combination of aniracetam combined with exposure therapy can increase the patient's compliance with exposure therapy and better long-term efficacy.Changes in heart rate and blood pressure of patients can reflect the patient's control of PTSD with emotion to a certain extent. After treatment, heart rate and blood pressure have a decreasing trend.
