Preliminary Study On Benign Epilepsy And Its Comorbidities In Children With Central Sacral Spine

Objective Benign childhood epilepsy with centrotemporal spikes(BECT)are associated with attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD),migraine and sleep disorders.This study explored the risk of ADHD,migraine,and sleep disorders in children with BECT and normal children.Whether there is a difference in video EEG discharge index between children with common BECT and BECT,ADHD,migraine,and sleep disorders,and BECT Children with ADHD,migraine,and sleep disorders regularly improved after taking antiepileptic drugs.Methods Experimental group: From March 2017 to March 2019,a newly diagnosed BECT child was admitted to the Department of Pediatrics,Yantai Yuding Hospital,Qingdao University Medical College.The control group: healthy children in the health care clinic of our hospital.1.The experimental group and the control group were filled out by the parents according to the American Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders,4th Edition(DSM-IV).The Diagnostic Talks for Children's ADHD,IDMigraine Migraine Screening Questionnaire,Chinese Spiritual Basics The criteria for sleep and arousal disorders in the classification protocol and diagnostic criteria(CCMD-2-R)were screened out for children with ADHD,migraine,and sleep disorders in the experimental and control groups.The BECT patients with ADHD who were screened by the experimental group were asked to continue to fill in the ADHD rating scale to assess the severity of ADHD and record the score.2.The experimental group performed video EEG and read the discharge index.3.The children with ADHD,migraine and sleep disorders screened by the experimental group were given regular oral antiepileptic drugs.After 1 year of treatment,the video EEG reading discharge index was used.After 6 months and 1 year of treatment,Parents of children with ADHD whounderwent ADHD filled out the ADHD rating scale and recorded the score.Parents with BECT shared migraine had IDMigraine migraine screening questionnaire.Parents with BECT shared sleep disorders performed the basic classification scheme and diagnostic criteria of Chinese spirit.CCMD-2-R),records children with migraines and sleep disorders.Results 1.The risk of ADHD,migraine and sleep disorders was higher in BECT than in normal children,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in EEG abnormal discharge between children with common BECT and BECT and migraine with no significant difference(P>0.05).The EEG abnormal discharge of BECT patients with sleep disorders was significantly higher than that of common BECT(P<0.05).3.BECT patients with ADHD,migraine and sleep disorders were treated with antiepileptic drugs,and the comorbidities were improved.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions 1.BECT has a higher risk of ADHD,headache,and sleep disorders than normal children.2.There is no significant difference in EEG abnormal discharge between children with common BECT and BECT and children with migraine.The abnormal discharge of BECT patients with sleep disorders is more obvious than ordinary BECT.3.BECT comorbid ADHD,migraine,sleep disorders in children with anti-epileptic drugs after treatment increased comorbidity,the longer the treatment of children with ADHD,the more obvious the improvement,the children with sleep disorders after treatment Abnormal discharge improved earlier.
