Objective:To compare the clinical effect of OSSTEM bone level(TS)implant system with solid base and transfer base after implant restoration in molar teeth.Methods:Choose from the Department of Stomatology,From October 2015 to January 2016,patients with molar teeth missing due to severe dental diseases,periapical periodontitis and periodontal diseases were selected to undergo OSSTEM system bone level(TS)implantation and restoration in the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University.The subjects were randomly divided into two groups: group A consisted of 50 patients who received rigid abutment implantation.In group B,50 patients were treated with implant prosthesis on transfer abutment.The marginal bone loss(MBL),sulcus bleeding index(SBI)and papilla index score(PIS)were measured 3 months,6 months,1 year,2 years and 3 years after weight-bearing,respectively,to evaluate the retention rate of implants and the incidence of mechanical complications.To analyze and evaluate the clinical application effect of two kinds of platform transfer base.Results : There was no significant difference in implant retention rate among groups.There was no significant difference in mechanical complications between groups.There was no significant difference between MBL groups.The SBI index of solid base group was higher than that of transfer base group(P < 0.05).The PIS index of transfer base group was higher than that of solid base group,and there was significant difference in PIS index between the two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion:(1)The restoration of soft tissue around the implant is beneficial to the rigid abutment,suggesting that the transfer abutment should be bonded first and then screw retained.(2)Attention should be paid to the cervical shape of the implant crown.When making the implant crown,the gingival abduction gap should beminimized to prevent food level impaction and ensure periodontal health.(3)The effects of transfer abutment and rigid abutment on bone tissue around implants,implant retention rate and mechanical complications are similar,but from the perspective of repair,it is recommended to use transfer abutment.
