The Research On Selection Of Legal Organizational Forms Of Medical Group

As a new type of doctor’s group,the medical group has developed rapidly in recent years with the liberalization of multi-sited license.At present,there are over 400 registered medical groups and the numbers are still increasing.The registration form of the medical group is all company for the moment,this article will research on the medical group and conclude that partnership is the best organization form of the medical group.The first chapter begins with the practice mode of our country’s medical group,and discusses the possible organizational form of the medical group,and analysis the medical internal group rules and external rules,and conclude that the medical group should be a partnership.In chapter 2,I analysis why medical group do not adopt partnership in practice from three aspects.In chapter 3,I analyze limited partnership and special common partnerships,and concluded that the limited partnership does not apply to the medical group.In chapter 4,I analyze the corporation organizational form and non-corporate organization form,and draw the conclusion that the medical group should use the non-corporate organization form.The first four chapters of the discussion and analysis concluded that non-commercial enterprises in special general partnerships are the best organizations of a doctor’s organization.In the fifth chapter,I come to conclusions that the special general partnership should be the mainstream organizational form of the doctor group,and propose relevant policy recommendation based on the assumption of the special general partnership system.The medical group have to improve related practice insurance before applying special general partnerships.Related practice insurance systems can better protect the interests of creditors and debtors.In addition,they should revise the management regulations for medical institutions so that medical group can be successfully registered as medical institutions,and medical group will have greater voice when they cooperate with other medical institutions.
