Glaucoma is one of the three most common blind eye diseases that cause blindness in humans.Currently,the most common glaucoma treatment is trabeculectomy.However,trabeculectomy often fails because of the proliferation of fibroblasts at the filtration port,which affects the accumulation of ECM components.In addition,a large number of growth factors and various inflammatory cytokines stimulate the formation of new blood vessels during wound healing,eventually forming fibrous vascular connective tissue,which leads to scarring of filtration bleb,healing the surgical site and affecting the quality of surgery.Therefore,this paper mainly finds suitable intervention methods for postoperative scarring of glaucoma to reduce the fibrosis of the surgical tissue and improve the success rate of surgery.The main research object of hyaluronic acid hydrogel is to select the appropriate hyaluronic acid hydrogel for the physical and chemical properties of hyaluronic acid hydrogel,find the suitable performance hyaluronic acid hydrogel,and scan it by infrared spectroscopy.It was proved that the drug could be grafted on hyaluronic acid,which proved that the preparation of the drug grafted hyaluronic acid hydrogel was successful.Then,TGF-? was used to stimulate the human eye Tenon's capsule fibroblasts and Huvec cells to observe the cell proliferation ability and the expression of type I collagen,fibronectin and VEGF,and then the core proteoglycan,relaxin and ato In the intervention of statin,it was found that the proliferation of Tenon's capsule fibroblasts and Huvec cells in human eyes stimulated by TGF-? decreased and the expression of type I collagen,fibronectin and VEGF decreased.Then,in an in vivo experiment,the hyaluronic acid hydrogel was grafted with the drug,and the drug-grafted hyaluronic acid hydrogel was injected in situ into the ocular tissue after glaucoma surgery,and the experiment proved that hyaluronic acid was proved.At the same time,the expression of CTGF,type I collagen and VEGF in the eye tissue and the expression of the rabbit eye tissue in the surgery group alone are decreased.At the same time,the concentration of TGF-?1 in the aqueous humor of rabbits was measured.It was found that the concentration of TGF-?1 in the hyaluronic acid hydrogel group grafted with the drug alone and the surgery group decreased.After injection of the drug-grafted hyaluronic acid hydrogel group,the number of inflammatory cells in the eye is reduced and the inflammatory response is decreased.
