| Purpose:To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese m edicine combined with intense pulsed light(IPL)in the treatment of acne hyperpigmentation, and to explore its mechanism, and actively se ek new methods and methods for the treatment of acne hyperpigmentatio n.Method: Ninety patients who were treated in our hospital and met the inclusion criteria were divided into were divided into a combinat ion group(30 cases),a Chinese medicine group(30 cases)and an IPL group(30 cases)by randomized, parallel control. The combined group us ed traditional Chinese medicine combined with intense pulsed light.T he specific operation was to give Chinese medicine,1 dose per day,t wo service,3 weeks for 1 course, and intense pulsed light every 3 we eks for 1 course. The treatment process is treated with 3 courses of treatment;the Chinese medicine group was treated with oral Chinese m edicine alone, the IPL group was treated with intense pulsed light al one,and the 3 groups were photographed before treatment and prior to each treatment, and the treatment of skin lesions was compared.Result: After three courses, the combination group, the Chinese medic ine group and the IPL group were cured in 10 cases,6 cases, and 8 ca ses respectively. The results were conspicuous effective in 11 cases,8 cases, and 9 cases. The effective was 5 cases,6 cases,5 cases,a nd 4 cases,10 cases, and 8 cases were invalid, the total effective r ate was 86.67%,66.67%,73.33%,After statistical analysis,The differ ence is statistically significant, indicating that the joint group wa s superior to the Chinese medicine group and the IPL group. The combi ned group was superior to the Chinese medicine group and the IPL grou p in improving the color, number, size of skin lesions and emotional impact. The odds of adverse reactions in the combination group, the C hinese medicine group and the IPL group were 20%,10% and 13.33%,res pectively. There was no significant difference among the three groups(P>0.05),suggesting that there was no difference in the three group s of adverse reactions. The recurrence rates of the combined group,t he Chinese medicine group and the IPL group were 9.52%,21.42% and 17.64%,respectively.The difference between the two groups was statisti cally significant(P<0.05),indicating that the recurrence rate of th e combined group was low. Conclusion: Chinese medicine combined with intense pulsed light h as significant effect on treatment of acne pigmentation, with fewer a dverse reactions and lower recurrence rate.It reflects the concept o f combining both the symptoms and the root causes,Chinese and Wester n treatment philosophy, improving patients’ quality of life and confi dence. |
