Objective: According to the clinical efficacy of ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of systemic inflammatory response syndrome, the role of ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment process, combined with the pathophysiological process of the disease and the pharmacological mechanism of the drug,to explore the ambroxol against this class The new pharmacological mechanism of the disease proposes a more conducive disease treatment plan for patients.Method: This article retrospectively analyzed 19 patients with systemic inflammatory response syndrome admitted to the General Hospital of Tianjin Medical University from April 2018 to March 2019 as a research object, according to whether the treatment group was divided into experimental groups using ambroxol hydrochloride.(10 cases)and blank control group(9 cases). All patients were evaluated on the basis of APACHE II score according to the APACHE II score, blood sampling, blood coagulation, liver and kidney function,procalcitonin(PCT),C-reactive protein(CRP),blood lactate(Lac),etc.Laboratory tests. The above procedure was then repeated on days 1,2,3,and 5 to assess changes in the condition. The pathogenesis, treatment plan, test indicators and predictive risk factors of the two groups of patients were discussed.Result: The APACHE II score, procalcitonin(PCT)and blood lactate(Lac)were significantly different between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).The blood control group(Lac)and C-before and after treatment in the blank control group. The difference in response protein(CRP)was statistically significant(P<0.05).The APACHE II score and procalcitonin(PCT)in the experimental group showed a decreasing trend with the increase of hospitalization days. The decline trend of the blank control group was not obvious, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).One patient in the experimental group developed sepsis, and 2 patients in the blank control group developed sepsis and eventually died. The average hospital stay in the experimental group was 21±5.28 days, and the average hospital stay in the control group was 24.88±4.38 days. Conclusion: Ambroxol hydrochloride is of positive significance in the treatment of patients with early systemic inflammatory response syndrome. The possible pharmacological mechanism is to reduce vascular permeability and reduce the release of inflammatory factors,ie,reduce inflammatory exudation;APACHE II score,PCT index increased It may be predicted that the patient’s outcome is poor, indicating a poor prognosis of the patient’s disease. On the contrary,it indicates that the disease treatment is effective and the prognosis is better.Intermittent monitoring of this index has certain value for assessing the severity of the patient’s condition, the effectiveness of the treatment plan and the prognosis of the disease.
